Stayed Jul 30, 2023The space has been updated and the third bathroom made it easy for everyone to spread out and have space. The loft was a big bonus too where all 4 kids could sleep in one room comfortably. It would be nice for the pool to be heated and check-in forgot to call us when the room was ready but other than that it was a fantastic stay!

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Nice condo! However, the bedrooms could really use some blackout curtains. The blinds do not do the trick in the early morning!

Stayed Oct 21, 2022We were two families traveling for a hockey tournament. This condo was perfect for what we needed. The loft was great to put the kids in and each couple could still have their own room. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. but there are no food ingredients of any kind so be prepared :) Coffee pot came with one pot's worth of goodies, but if you are a heavy coffee drinking bunch, you'll want to bring your own. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Sep 1, 2022Timberline Condominiums is a great property and location for this event and anyone looking for a mountain summer vacation. Free shuttle service to Snowmas Mall, hiking and bike trails linked to property. Restaurant on site is great! Clean and comfortable.

Stayed Feb 8, 2022We just visited last week for a family trip, there were 6 of us total, all adults. The place was great, comfortable, and plenty big. We were very pleased with the living area: extra comfy couches, large kitchen, dining table that seat 6, and the coziest fireplace. The views from the patio are opposite of the slopes, so quite and beautiful. From a skiing standpoint, the condo is about 20 steps off the slope, so definitely convenient. The condo is located at the top of the hill, so we loved having the Snowmass shuttle to easily bring us back up the mountain whenever we were coming back home from the village (runs ever 15 minutes). You could of course walk to and from the village, but the hill is extremely steep. Parking is super close to the condo, in lot 13. The condo lacked a few minor things (salt and pepper, some kitchen tools), but after a quick call to the Timberline, the staff was very quick at bringing things we needed by, which was very appreciated. Housekeeping came daily, which we did not expect, so was a pleasant surprise. The only gripe I have is the loft area. With 6 adults, 2 of us (my husband and I), ended up staying in the loft. We loved the privacy and the fact it had a bathroom, but the ceilings are sloped to the point you need to slouch over and we definitely hit our heads multiple times. No fault of anyone but the builder, but just keep in mind that the loft is best suited for younger (and shorter) kids. The main issue I had with the loft is the beds, which felt about 30 years old, with the mattress springs diggings into my ribs every night. The 4 twin beds are in desperate need of replacement. I was wondering how the beds in the other two guest rooms compared, and they were like clouds, so I was surprised that the loft beds were so bad. Aside from that, we very much enjoyed our stay, and looked forward to coming back to the condo each day. The key question and purpose of this review: Would we stay again? Yes, BUT only if the loft beds were replaced.
