Neutral tones and a variety of textures in the great room of this condo give it a warm, welcoming feel. Layered rugs anchor the living area, where aplush sleeper sofa and three easy chairs create a gathering space for conversating, playing games, or watching a movie in the evenings. It's easy to linger in the warmth of the living room, especially on cold winter days. The massive stone fireplace adds an element of interest to the space and creates a nice ambiance on snowy evenings. A wall-mounted flatscreen TV is located near the fireplace for entertainment options. Whitewashed wooden beam ceilings overhead keep the great room light and bright, while still adding the feel of mountain cabin living.

This condo has a clean open floorplan, with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all located together in one seamless space. Take advantage of full kitchen access even while on vacation from this well-appointed unit. The kitchen offers full-sized appliances, cookware, tableware, and plenty of counter space on the island for meal prep. The kitchen stays in step with the casual mountain cabin feel of this condo with modern antler chandeliers overhead. Pull a barstool up to the island to sip a cup of steaming coffee in the morning before starting out the day. The fully equipped kitchen and dining table for four also make it convenient to stop back in mid-day for meals if desired.

Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

​​​​​​​This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
