We had a wonderful time during our stay over Labor Day weekend. This condo was everything our little family needed and more. It was clean, well kept, and the amenities were wonderful. Lastly, the view is outstanding! We cannot recommend it enough.

We had a great time staying at this place. It was easy to check in and out. The place was nice and clean and had all the necessities one would need and had a beautiful view of the beach. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Great location - great communication with Larry regarding any issues - he did have a previous issed that was corrected before our stay however there was a smell from that issue that wasn't pleasant. As soon as we told him, he was able to get an appointment to have someone come out and will be fixing the issue. - great price for the condo - would recommend!

This was such a cozy little place for a relaxing stay with my mother-in-law. The balcony view was absolutely perfect and provided shade all day. Mattresses and furniture were comfortable. Larry was great to communicate with during our stay! We plan to go back!

This is a great condo for a couple or small family. It is nicely decorated and has a beautiful view. The location is perfect. I would recommend!

Comfortable

The property is a typical shotgun type condo as a one bedroom. It does need some updating and we were a little disappointed in the amenities such as the dishware and silverware. The rug in the living room is molting and it seemed the hair was everywhere. The floors could have been much cleaner. The bed was good and overall the place just needs a little loving care.

I had an amazing time staying here! It was very clean, beautiful view and great location! The bed was kind of hard so i didnt sleep so well but that compared to everything else is nothing! I will stay here again!

The condo was a perfect fit and the check in process was easy! The complex is smaller so it’s not crowded at all. It’s less than a 5 minute walk down to the beach and the beach is huge so plenty of space to spread out. Can’t wait to be back!

Room was ready on time. Easy access getting in and out of complex. Very clean and well stocked with any type of small appliance you may need.We would consider staying here again.

Tidewater is a great place to stay. Smaller building so the beach and pools were not crowded. Plenty of parking in a gated lot. I would definitely stay again.

Condo is great good location. I would just say it needs a new mattress and probably a queen instead of king room doesn't fit a king.

Condo needs serious updating. Condo was not clean. We had to spend 2 hours cleaning when we arrived. The shower did not have a working knob. Hallway rug was so dirty we had to just roll it up and set aside. Washer and dryer need replacing. Just a little disappointing. Not as shown on your website.

Great location and space. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. Pool is great and unit is well sound dampened. The shower was a bit difficult to use and washer and dryer need updating. Bring additional paper and soap products. Bedroom faces the walkway, so a blackout curtain would be nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater and the unit checked most of the boxes. The building is a little older and the unit could use a bit of a freshening (only reason it’s not 5 stars). Location is perfect and owner was responsive and helpful every step of the process. There are small bunks for children but the condo is ideal for two people. I would rent this unit again.
