Located in the Tidewater Golf Community that offers amenities for everyone. Including pools, tennis courts, fitness center, restaurant and only a short drive to the beach in Cherry Grove. This 2 bedroom/2 bath with an open deck with a view of the golf course. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and the new North Myrtle Beach Athletic Complex. You must be at least 25 yrs of age or older to rent the property. No motorcycles, RV'S or trailers allowed on property.

The Space:

1 King, 2 Queen beds, 2 full baths, open kitchen, dining room and living room. Balcony with a lake view. You Must be at least 25 years of age to rent and No House parties.

Please note that all of our condos/townhomes are non-smoking. No pets are allowed for renters. Motorcycles/trailers or motor homes are not permitted on the property. Tidewater is a gated community with 24 hour security on site.

Getting Around:

Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

Other Things to Note:

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.

We booked because the listing bragged about the pools. When we arrived at the pool in our bathing suits there was crime scene tape around the pool and construction being done. We were beyond devastated as we had saved all year for a relaxing poolside vacation. When we told the management company we wanted a rebate they refused and said everyone knows that the pools are closed in Myrtle Beach from the fall to the spring. Yet they did not mention that in the listing on VRBO. We felt like Chevy chase at Wally World. This was not what we expected and the management company would do nothing about it. The unit is very aptly described as old. You can’t even see out the windows because the seal is broken and they are all steamed up which is too bad because the view was excellent. Eagle Many Was very efficient in getting the electricity turned on in the unit and the broken cable box returned and a new one provided. All in all a major disappointment!!!

I love the location of Tidewater. Convenient to so many things. Great place to walk. Has a nicely equipped exercise area. Eagle Realty is really easy to work with. They were very responsive to several calls to them for assistance. I really appreciated that.
