Tidewater - Breathtaking first-line ocean views! Walking distance to Pier Park

Our stay at Tidewater was amazing. We enjoyed the numerous amenities on the property, as well as our daily beach walks. The location of this property was perfect for us. This particular unit was spacious, clean and comfortable and we look forward to staying here again.

The host was great with their communication. Was sure to tell me that they would be on holiday and who to contact if we had any issues. The condo provided a clean comfortable place to stay. I missed the fact that it was on the 25th floor but being off season the elevator wait was not bad at all. First let me start by saying some of the cons I am going to list are because of personal preferences (and experiences I’ve had with other rentals) and by no means had an impact on our stay which was great. First there was no dinner table but there was a bar top area with high chairs. Next the coffee table in front of the couch was not very sturdy, was worried it might fall apart.The master bath could use some cosmetic updates, seemed dark and dingy. There was a bird issue, which is Mother Nature and I know can’t be controlled, and the balcony was pretty gross with bird droppings everywhere. I still rate this a great place to stay and would recommend for off season rentals.

Rachel was great with communication which is huge to us!! The view was outstanding, parking was easy to access & well kept. The space was good for our family too.

This condo is beautiful with beautiful views. It could be listed as a 3 bedroom with the bunk beds and 3rd bathroom. The host response within minutes. We will definitely be booking with this host again. Well worth the money!!!

I dont recommend this place on a holiday. We had to wait 45-1hr on elevators.You expect long waits but thats extreme and if we wasnt on the 20 floor stair might would have been an option.Braclet rules kill me and this place was killer i was held until i callled to.have my kid bring my braclet bc who remembers to wear a bracelet? Not me

The location was great and the facility was great as well. The unit/condo on the other hand not so much! The pictures and online reviews did not give true impression. The place needs to be cleaned A LOT. The bathroom mirror had stuff all over them, there was dirty wash clothes in the bathroom vanity, the bed sheets were so rough and wore out that u could hardly sleep on them. Also the bathroom lighting was so dark that you could hardly see in the shower. There was only one set of bathroom towels so we had to do laundry everyday to have enough wash clothes and they didn’t match we had random towels. There was no dish rags to hand wash anything with. The bathrooms had like two drops of hand soap. They need a new cleaning crew!

Everything was clean. The check in was easy, and the tv was up to date. I would’ve preferred a few more towels, and the bathrooms need to be updated. I was not aware that I was going to have to pay to check in and receive wristbands. Other than that, everything was nice, and I will stay again.

We found the property as described and clean. View from the balcony was great.

We got what we were advertised but it was great. We wish the TV instructions for the cable or a little bit more transparent, more towels, and the pull out couch was not the cleanliness. Overall, great experience!!

It was really nice to be so close to the water. The theater, game room, and other amenities made it even better.

Took my daughters & grandchildren to beach for a shot trip. The space was great for us

Great property, clean and well maintained. Amazing view to see the wildlife out on the sand bars. Bring binoculars.
