Tidewater 502 by Liquid Life

We were impressed that everything looked just like the photos we had seen. Beautiful decor and very comfy beds! The location was also great!! The only thing we didnt like was that we had to provide some of our own essentials such as trash bags,toilet paper, and laundry detergent. But there was a walmart nearby.

The condo was very clean and the kitchen had been updated. However the bathrooms could have been updated, too. Neither bathroom would be accessible for a handy cap. Plus the living room furniture needed replaced. One of the chairs had the entire fabric and cotton torn off the arm.

It was great!! They needed to do some updates and a deep clean behind the bedside tables (which I only know because we had to pull them out to find the plugs for phone chargers) and the washing machine. And fix the handle on the sliding door because it was falling off. The mattress & couch should probably be updated, but that’s probably just our opinion. The view was amazing and the location was perfect

Overall the stay was nice. View is spectacular. I would rate it a 3.8 mostly due to older living room furniture that was uncomfortable to sit on and stained. In the picture it looks very nice but that doesn’t show how sunken in the couch is when you sit on it. The pillows in the master were also very hard. The second bedroom that we didn’t use had old carpet that needs replacing. It didn’t bother us but would have if we were using that bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely remodeled. The kitchen could use a couple storage containers as I ended up putting extra food in casserole dishes. There was a broken sliding door handle that did not get fixed while we were there. We appreciated the clear communication from the property management and they didn’t charge extra fees in booking. The location was great and you can’t beat the view. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The dining room furniture was fine as were the bar stools. Honestly if they just updated the couch, chairs and pillows it would be great.

Loved staying at this beachfront 2BR condo! Everything was perfect except for a broken ice maker, but management was kind enough to bring a bag of ice to us so that we had cold drinks. The 15 minute fireworks show on the beach one night was the icing on the cake!

Tv functions and directions not great. Had difficulty with fridge and freezer doors shutting.

The condo was nice and nicely updated. It was just the break we needed. Room nicely furnished with cookware and utensils. The only thing I would recommend is more linens for sofa bed. They were nice and clean just could have used more blankets to pad the bed. We would use this place again. Beautiful view to watch the dolphins.

The property was great other than something of black moisture on the tile floors. It left your feet black when walking across.

The condo and location were prefect for what we wanted to do. The property maintenance team was easy to reach and very friendly. Great place to stay!

The condo was as we expected per the listing except the walk to the beach was a lot further than expected. It was in a great location and decorated nice with all new kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer worked great. We had some maintenance issues early in week and the management company acknowledged it but didn’t tell us someone was coming out. Two of the 3 issues were addressed but it took 3 times/calls to get the piercing sound of running toilet fixed and that was done on our last day. We knew we were only allowed 2 parking passes but needed a third for a few days and were willing to pay for it. It was not peak season and the lists of off-site parking provided were not close or secure.

Comfortable and Very convenient to the event we were attending. Easy check-in and check out process.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. The beach is gorgeous, and the view was much more than we expected. Walked to many restaurants and shops and there is a great bike and walking area along the road for safety. The Pool was very clean, check in was seamless and all amenities were available at the condo. Will be using Vrbo again as they team up with the best owners.

Our stay was great! It was a perfect location to get everywhere quickly, great beach access, and a wonderful pool area! Liquid Life was in immediate contact, should we need them, answered all of our questions, and was quick to remedy anything that we needed in order to make our stay perfect. Will stay with them again!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, well maintained, and was exactly like shown. We will definitely stay again.
