Stayed Jul 16, 2025The elevators are terrible you have to wait a long time to get an elevator and it’s really hot I waited over 40 min and they walked the stairs when a 5 and 6 year old we stayed on the 15th floor. If your on 1st 2nd or 3rd floor it’s ok but after that It’s terrible

Stayed Jul 3, 2025This unit was right on the beach and perform our family of 4! The bunks were a little shaky so my 7 year old was a little hesitant to sleep on the top one (above our 12 year old). But the pull out couch was a perfect substitute. The beach was gorgeous. Elevators were slow if you tried to use them at check-in or check out time - but that’s been our experience at several resorts. You learn to plan around that. Staff was great. On site Starbucks was a giant BONUS! Would love to stay here again!

Stayed May 5, 2025We chose this condo because we love having access to the balcony from the master bedroom. Everything else was great. My only recommendation for owners is to update rooms with smart tv’s!

Stayed Apr 4, 2025The condo was nice. The pools were not heated so anyone with their kids stayed in the hot tub. The establishment did not do anything when the kids were in hot tub without their parental figures. If establishment followed the established rules the kids would not been the hot tub.

Stayed Aug 18, 2024This property was phenomenal for the price. Dale was very accommodating and responsive. We read complaints about elevators but had no issues at all. Will definitely recommend this and try to stay here in the future!

Stayed Jul 8, 2024The property is extremely clean and well run. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. Our unit was very clean and well appointed. The only negative is the elevators which can be very problematic. Long waits most of the time. Overall, a pleasant experience.
