Always a pleasure to stay at Tops’l….our first in this condo and it was awesome! It had everything we needed….including a great view!!!

We recently stayed in Tides 205 for a week & I can’t speak highly enough about this resort & condo. Our check in process was so easy & security was nice. The condo was perfect sized & clean! We had a beautiful view of the beach & we never once had to wait for an elevator. The two pools were never over crowded. Super easy access to the beach! We are extremely satisfied with this stay & plan to stay again in the future!

The condo and property was overall very nice. The condo had a few things that could have been corrected very easily such as wall areas not painted the same color and floor had to be mopped a few times as our feet ended up black if walking barefoot inside. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The condo was bigger then we expected by photos which was nice. Kitchen was fully stocked and had more then enough of what we needed with cooking supplies. The ice maker was very slow in making. The cable in living room went out and spent half a day on phone with provider getting the router rebooted. The view and location was awesome and definitely one of the best. We were a little disappointed that we weren’t able to use our infants tent for the beach. The staff said only personal umbrellas were allowed and they were only allowed in certain areas. This would not have been that bad if we knew ahead of time but because of that we had to purchase umbrellas and chairs from vendor there which total to about 500.00 for the entire week. Just wasn’t a cost we planned on but it worked out. The resort/grills food was great, however their drinks/bartenders could use a little help in that area. Pools were clean and poolside furniture was very nice and good quality. The areas of opportunity were not great enough to keep us from coming back. Staff and owners/residents were all very nice and it was a great family environment. Would be nice to see maybe some acoustic music poolside in afternoons

I had to clean before we could relax, but it was still nice. The view was good and the area felt safe.

Property was just as advertised. Very short walk to beach, nice pools and convenient to many great places to eat and shop. Priced better than most the comparable condos in the area.

It would be nice to have more seating in the living room (reclining, leather, sectional couch would be ideal). The views of the pool and “Emerald Coast” of the Gulf were perfect! The sand was as white as snow and soft as sugar! Best beach area we’ve been to in Florida thus far. Great restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shops near and far. The only downside is traffic. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get to Harbor Walk or a little longer for the Okaloosa Pier. Everything else was spectacular and we’d definitely stay here again.
