Tides-12th Floor-Spectacular View-Bunk Room-Huge Deck with Panoramic View!

The condo was bright and clean. The furniture and decorating were very nice. The beds were comfortable and if you plan on cooking, plenty of pots, pans and dishes. The grounds at Tops’l are immaculate and the pools have plenty of lounge chairs. The Tiki bar offers something for everyone. We rented an umbrella that was a little pricey but worth.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay. The balcony was everything I hoped it would be. Many hours were spent poolside at the clean sparkling pool.

Excellent property. Great location and views from 12th floor were great. Balcony was huge, largest I've ever seen with multiple seating available. Location close to shopping and restaurants. Beach at this location was super and really clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this condo. It was clean and comfortable. Only things I would change are the rules the property has at the beach.

Overall no issues

The unit itself was large and beautiful. Very clean and fit everyone easily. The pool was relatively warm and we all enjoyed shuffleboard and mini-golf. The security team is really on top of their game, almost too much. They would come around and actually wake people up from their naps by the pool to check that they had yellow wristbands on (mandatory for the Tides guests to use the upper pool.)The main problem with this place was that while the balcony was HUGE with great views and lots of seating, you couldn't even hear the waves because the parking lot you overlook is so loud. He still needed to work for 3 days of our trip but figured at least he could work outside with the view. Unfortunately there was someone sawing all day for almost our entire stay (just down below in the parking lot) and the neighboring parking lot of the condos next door had some refridgerated food truck that had a generator going 24/7. It was obnoxiously loud. It would go off for a few minutes and you'd think it would be done but then it would start up again for hours. My daughter and I were excited to sleep on the balcony one night as an adventure but we couldn't with the noise. Made it very unpleasant to be out there at all. We appreciated the management company we used as they were helpful and in other circumstances we'd stay there again, but the noise and getting woken up from napping at the pool really stunk. Not the relaxing trip we were looking for.

Wow! I've stayed at many rentals over the years and this one truly was above and beyond my expectations. In addition to comfortable beds, great view, and plentiful kitchen equipment, this unit also had many extras such as soft throw blankets, lots of hooks on the walls, beach towels, a welcome box of travel size shampoos & soaps, and even a first aid kit. Thank you Sarah for all the extras you provide your guests!The complex is at the back of a large gated community and felt safe for our teens to go between the unit, pool and beach without us. The large balcony was perfect for foggy mornings listening to the waves. I saw other guests enjoying basketball, pickle ball and shuffleboard on site. I would definitely stay in this complex and specifically in this unit again.

The property was incredibly clean, and the views were terrific. It was nice to be behind 24/7 security (though totally NOT needed in this area), and in more of a private resort community. The hosts were terrific, and incredibly responsive when a surprise need to connect occurred with the door keypad. All good. This one was great!

Our family really enjoyed this condo. All areas were very clean. The patio area was very enjoyable. Top notch place.

We had never been to Destin/area so we never knew where to stay. This was in a private little area way off the road on the beach. Cute little condo. Had everything we needed. We loved this location as we had afternoon sun rather than morning sun. We loved sitting on the balcony (huge BTW) and having either a sweet tea or an afternoon adult beverage. The beds were comfy & roomy. The private pool dedicated for this condo building only was much nicer as it wasn't as crowded as the other pool. The location was great. We had everything we needed. No issues finding food to eat at either. We chose to make a few meals for supper. Overall. This was a great place! We are contemplating booking for 2 weeks next year, this far in advance. Thanks to the owners for a great visit! We really enjoyed it.

Place was clean. Other than the master closet door being off the track, everything worked perfectly. The kids loved the bunk beds. The building is nice, pools are great. Only drawback was the beach umbrella rental was outrageous. Quoted me $120/day for a an umbrella and 2 chairs. The building is at the end of the hotel row, and we found it a lot easier to walk 100m down the beach and set up our own in front of the houses to the East. Beach is beautiful. Management was easy to deal with. Emails replied to. Calls and texts answered. All the codes given worked. No fuss. No problems. Would consider returning in a heartbeat.

The resort is beautiful and clean. The room was as pictured and most importantly, it was clean. Typically, I go in and clean before bringing in luggage, but that wasn't necessary. The beds are comfortable. Brought a mattress topper, but didn't have to use it as I have hip/back issues. There were things for both children that traveled with me from basketball, pools, chess, and mini golf. The balcony was the best part. Enjoyed the view and had a great seat for fireworks. The poolside restaurant had great food after a long day at the beach. I would recommend this unit and plan to stay again in the future.
