Tiara Sands Luxury Beachfront Condo

This condo had a wonderful ocean view with beautiful sunsets. It was on a quiet street without a ton of traffic, but very close to the main street. It was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great.

Host was welcoming and there was lots available onsite to help you navigate around Maz if you are a first timer. Beautiful location on the beach.

I have stayed at over 3 dozen rentals in the past several years and this is one of the best. The condo is exactly as described and photographed. Communication with the owner elicited immediate responses. The property is in a quiet, restful location, our favorite in Mazatlan, with a very responsive resort team. Buses are caught across the road and we walked to the Golden Zone on occasion.The unit itself is very tastefully appointed and replete with all kitchen, bathroom and cleaning supplies needed. The furniture is comfortable and neither the towels nor linens show wear. The spacious balcony offers a superb view of the sea including one of the islands and sunset. There is a communal terrace on the 2nd floor for relaxation and enjoyment of sunrise. The rental lacks for nothing and my husband and I anticipate our return with robust enthusiasm.

From the reception and during the stay everything was perfect. From the location on Pato Blanco beach and the building itself were great. The kitchen worthy of a chef was well equipped nothing was missing. The beds were comfortable and cozy. the balcony with sea view was very convenient for our meals outside. Thank's Scott for all

Beautiful place to stay in Mazatlán! Very comfortable and quiet. Two of us stayed here and we had plenty of room. We loved having a full kitchen. Friendly staff. Nice location. Very safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as everything is first class. The building is modern, well kept, and the residents and staff are very friendly. It has a very functional deck for suntanning, pool for swimming laps or joining aquacise class, and it's in a convenient location. The unit had everything we needed - filtered water, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, wifi, Netflix, and a very well stocked kitchen. It made our stay convenient and much easier than other places, as we didn't have to waste time and money buying extra items needed for basic cooking and washing. My family of four was very comfortable in the two bedrooms and we would love to go back again soon.
