Three-level, forest-view condo w/ a loft, furnished balcony, & shared hot tubs

I took my sister and her two teenage kids to Steamboat for a few days during spring break. We all agreed that this was one of the best places we have every stayed at for ski vacation. The location was great, a short walk to the slopes and close to Ski Times Square. The unit was very comfortable and well appointed. The kids liked having the loft with its own bathroom. The kitchen is also nice and had everything you need to make meals in - the only negative is the water pressure from the sink is a little low but it works. Great view from the living area and we all enjoyed the seat next to the fireplace looking out across to the ski mountain. The onsite staff is great and very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the unit is on the third floor so be ready to go up three flights of stairs to get to the unit. Other than that this place is great and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A lovely slope side condo with ample space. The 4 flights of stairs with all of our gear at altitude was tough but worth it! Max was also great!

I loved everything about this condo, except for climbing 3 flights of stairs in the thin mountain air of Colorado. The decor was beautiful, and the size of this condo was perfect. It is a split 3 level condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The views from the big living room window were amazing of the ski slopes and view of the mountains toward the city. The gas fireplace was nice to instantly warm the living room. This place is very cozy and relaxing, once the heavy breathing stops ?. I hope to rent this exact condo again in the future.

very convenient location. easy access to the lifts and the resort. We were able to walk to everyplace we wanted or took the shuttles. Only issue I had was the stairs. 3rd floor unit made for some heavy huffing and puffing for us flat landers. I'd stay here again.

Great spot for friends and family to meet and ski in Steamboat. Close to lifts, clean, comfy beds. Hot tubs were terrific after a day of skiing. Plenty of space for us 5 adults to gather. Nice that everyone had their own bathroom. The shuttle into town was very helpful.

Our favorite place to stay in Steamboat. Great location close to skiing, good restaurants and shopping. The shuttle service was excellent. The steps were a challenge but great exercise.

The Condo was amazing. Great space and location. Made it very easy to get to the slopes. Only things wrong was cleanliness and broken fire place. They came and fixed both in a timely manner however. Beds were a little hard. Over all great place with lots of kitchen supplies and relaxing family room.

Stayed here with our family of four over spring break. Less than a 5 minute walk to the base and T-Bar. Very spacious, could easily accommodate 6 comfortably. Covered parking with ceilings high enough for an SUV with a roof box. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed Kutuk 309 very much. The interior decor was wonderful and very comfortable. Everything was in good working condition and ready for us when we arrived. The unit was very clean as well. The location of the unit is excellent for skiing at Steamboat. The staff on site and at Vacasa were very helpful and courteous. We hope to stay in this unit again some time.
