Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chose this rental because it was right down the street from the house I used to stay in as a child. I was brining my own children back to the area I loved so much. My children 19, 17, and 11 all loved how different the beach was with the lazy river and sandbars. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for the 6 of us that stayed there. My only complaint was the location of the outside shower and area to store beach chairs, carts, etc. is not accessible from the road. The area behind the house was blocked off from the parking area of one of the adjoining units. We had to carry all of our beach stuff through the house which was very inconvenient.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great! We love floating down the river to the beach. Parking is a plus and sleeps a good amount of people. The screened in porch is a relaxing spot to hangout at the end of the day.Only negative I would say is I love taking outdoor showers but it doesn’t drain so you are standing in a pool of water.

We loved the porch but it needed a tv.. the beds were very uncomfortable.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and very grateful to Martha Murray for finding us a place last minute. We had an ant problem in the kitchen that I had to make a late night trip to get some Raid and the lack of TV channels was frustrating for my kids at night. But overall we had a nice week there.
