Three bedroom, three bathroom condo! Minutes from beaches, waterpark, and shops

Wonderful stay. Great host communication.

This is a gorgeous condo situated in the center of Jekyll island, near everything, and owned by two generous and outstanding hosts! They made everything so easy for our trip, including helping us extend our stay by one more day. I would have extended it for another week — that's how much fun we were having and how awesome their condo is. Highly, highly recommended to anyone planning a vacation to Jekyll Island.

At first look it was clean but there was animal hair and cobwebs in places where they ought not have been. The microwave appears to work but it doesn’t. There were also 4 bugs found. When we could not find the fob- host did get back with us right away as they also did when the living room tv did not come on. Despite these things, we did enjoy our stay here and time on Jekyll Island.

Great place to stay and close to everything on the island!

We were 2 families whom enjoyed our stay at this condo in Jekyll. The hosts were responsive and VERY helpful when we needed recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc. We rented bikes and spent many days biking around and our hosts provided helpful directions on how to bike directly from the condo onto the bike paths to avoid roads. The condo is on a serene, beautiful property overlooking a marsh. I spent many mornings and evenings on the screened in porch watching the birds of the marsh. The beaches can be reached via bike, or car, or by walking. The condo is not far from the village that has lots of restaurants, the beach, and a splashpad for little ones. So, great location!The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the living room furniture was very comfy and cozy as were the beds. The condo was nicely decorated and had a light and airy feel. We highly recommend staying here! We hope to come back one day soon!

The condo was lovely and in a prime location.

What a wonderful stay! Weather wasn’t great in March, but we made the most of it! Very nice, newer property with a great location. We enjoyed taking the dog for a walk every morning, either to the village, through the trails, and even to Jekyll Island Club. Beds were very comfortable. The furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was very nice and decently stocked. There were a few bugs and spiders in the condo, but kind of expected considering where it is, backing up to a marsh area. We loved the sunrise each morning looking out the back, screened in porch. Thanks for a great stay!

Large clean condo with nice marsh view. We only used one bedroom for sleeping; expected guests never came. The condo was well equipped with plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue garbage bags and cooking utensils.Our stay was very pleasant.

We were staying to attend a celebration of life service. The service was rescheduled and Kathryn so helpful in tranferring our reservation. She was very communicative. We didn't have any trouble checking in and found everything in very good order. It was my parents (70s) and my brother staying. It was nice to have the 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. we used the kitchen minimally but it was well stocked for those who want to cook. The balcony was really nice we only wish it had been warmer so we could have sat out. Would definitely stay with Kathryn again.

This was our second time staying in this condo and it was a great visit once again. The condo had everything we needed and the owners are great to work with! Can’t wait to go back again!

Condo was spacious and has an elevator which is helpful. Nice sunrises in the morning. Friendly neighbors, and feels safe. Five min drive or walk anywhere. Host had great communication.

This is great location on the quiet side of the island. Condo has all the amenities you need for a relaxing, long weekend. Nice and clean unit and the owners made it a very easy process!

Lovely home. Very comfortable and convenient to walking to restaurants and convention center. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Our group appreciated the proximity of the condo in relation to Summer Waves Waterpark, which is the start and finish location of Under the Oaks 5K. Not to mention it is practically right next door to Zachary's Riverhouse Restaurant! We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo, with its spacious kitchen, dining area, and peaceful screened in porch. We were thrilled to find three full sized bathrooms! Communicating with host was easy and she provided the information we needed. Satisfying stay for our annual 5K getaway!

The hosts Katherine and Phillip are wonderful, very responsive, and communication is great. Check in and out instructions are very clear. The location is very convenient for everything on the island. The condo and grounds are very clean and well maintained. The parking is covered, which is nice. We love staying here!

We had a wonderful time staying here for a long weekend. The property, host, accommodations, and island were all fantastic.

Near city center, good location, convenient to restaurants and the amenities and grounds were nice. The condo itself could use an accessible closet in master for women’s dresses and men suits and more comfortable sitting (seating with cushion and a back - only had places for 4 to sit comfortably) in the living area. We had 7 people and it was too crowded to sit and watch a tv together. Also the couch probably needs to be replaced. It is pretty well worn and the end closest to the patio doesn’t have much cushion support left. But overall we had a great time and it was comfortable.

The view is awesome and the condo was very clean and spacious.

This property is very peaceful, plenty of parking and easy access to all parts of Jekyll. Would I consider staying again? Most likely. however, the cleaning company failed to clean the floors, (couldn't walk around barefoot without getting black feet) Bedspread in master and sheets were questionable on the cleanliness so i changed these, and for whatever reason the water pressure in the master bath shower was more like a slow rain shower. The balcony was lovely, surprised that the comfortable couch was a sleeper sofa, and the recliner was an electric chair with a USB outlet. Kitchen is a great layout and lots of room to host a Birthday celebration with all the family. Way more positives than negatives. Loved the fact there is a Elevator to the 2nd floors.
