Stayed Jul 6, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not stay at this unit again mainly because of the front stairs. There are 16 stairs and with the morning dew, they were a bit dangerous especially carrying luggage. Back deck was not clean or inviting but the front screened porch was decent, gas grill on the back deck worked fine and nice size for the 4 of us. Unit was clean and spacious, large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. A/C worked great for our hot stay. Parking is limited for a unit that easily sleeps 8-9 people and you can not park your boat trailer at the unit, there is separate boat parking which wasn't a problem at all. The staff was amazing at all of the locations. Tiki Turtle is a must to visit!! Also, use your depth finders on the lake as there are some very shallow spots that sneak up on you. All in all this was a nice unit but I only give it a 3 star due to the stairs and the back deck. 3rd stay at this resort and will definitely be going back, just to another unit!

Very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Owners' bedroom is very large, and the bed is very comfortable. GTB staff always takes great care of us! The only downside is the number of front steps when loading/unloading.
