The condo was great! Everything was neat and tidy when we first checked in. Checkout process was easy. The condo itself is located at the perfect location, quick walk to downtown Gatlinburg and quick walk into the Smokies. Couldn't have asked for more from this VRBO!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a three bedroom unit and it was perfect for our family. The condo is close to the parkway which made it very convenient to get to the things we wanted to do while in Gatlinburg. This was my first time staying at Park Place, but my wife and family have stayed there previously and now I know why they enjoy it so much. Enjoying a cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony was one of my favorite things. We even saw a bear.

Reviewer Comments: We stay here every year for so many reasons, first the people working at the desk have been there for years and are super nice, it is clean, way more for your money, 3 bedrooms have upstairs downstairs love it, great view of the stream and listening to it at night, pool is kept clean along with the jacuzzi, have seen bears walking down the creek, can walk to parkway without having to loose your breathe along the way, Trolley stop is there also, great location, has everything you need in the condo, can even request more towels if needed, big balcony, sometimes will offer free show tickets, after having night fun with moonshine tasting no worries of having to drive home in the dark up a mountain, can walk or need be take a uber. Just great on every level.

It was great...nice walk downtown, close to some places to eat and a small store, and quiet. Easy parking and a little fishing.

Checkout was even easier. No bear sighting this time, too early. Repeat vacationers!!
