Three Bedroom at Phoenix 5 with Reserved Parking

Overall great stay. Like Phoenix 5 for Splash Pad for children. Only 2 chairs on balcony- apparently 2 were broken and on order- not good for family of 6. They did bring 4 Conference Room chairs for us which worked better than nothing. Would prefer some tall chairs.

So everything was nice but could use attention in a few areas. First and most important was the master tub/shower. The bottom is very cracked- I actually thought it was a bunch of hair and it wasn’t clean but thankfully that wasn’t it. The bigger issue was the tub drained is clogged. This made giving our grandbaby a bath difficult because it would take forever to clean the tub after our showers to be able to bathe him. Also the hot and cold in the shower are backwards- I scolded myself so beware! One chair on the balcony is stretched out/broken you can sit in it but probably shouldn’t. The living room furniture feels gross. It’s like the suede texture and feels like people have sat on it wet too many times. A couple things with cleanliness was a popsicle stick was left on the balcony making me wonder if they cleaned out there but really gross was a phone fell in the couch so we had to take the couch bed out to find the phone and instead found a used qtip. Really gross. Otherwise everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked but cooking utensils need replaced they are kind of flemsy. The air worked great. The fridge worked great. Beds were nice and comfy. Now on to the building itself…elevator are a complete nightmare but I know that’s to be expected in the summertime . The staff were all way way nice! I really enjoyed the staff! And I loved the shopping carts in addition to the luggage carts! I’ve never seen that and they came in handy! The pools and hot tubs were great!

Perfect ocean views! Great living room seating (recliner was a great bonus for elderly grandmother with recent knee surgery). Loved having 2 pools and splash pad. 3 hot tubs but only 2 were heated during our stay. Elevators were overwhelmed by shear number of guest.

Everything was beautiful!

The location, private beach, and pool/hot tub/splash park were great. In-condo amenities were bare bones compared to what I'm used to from VRBO/Air BnB properties. I assume this is pretty typical for this type of property. No major complaints.

We enjoyed our September stay at the Phoenix V. The beachfront condos, pool and kid's splash pad keeps us coming back every year. We decided to go with three bedrooms this year instead of two and it was a great decision. This corner unit had a nice large patio area with a great sunrise view. Open foyer as you entee the condo allows you to leave all your pool and beach accessories in one place without having to bring them into the living area. The only downside was that the bathroom for two of the bedrooms was small and didn't have enough room for two people to use at one time. If you have small children I highly recommend the Phoenix V property - it is definitely kid friendly. And if looking for a good place to eat, FiddleFish Cafe, was excellent!
