Amazing view & comfortable living!

Condo was as pictured and wonderful. Check in process was easy. Building was clean and well kept. Would stay here again for sure!! Maintenance took care of an issue immediately!

Unbeatable views from the 23rd floor!! Beautiful condo! Couldn’t get any closer to the beach! It was so hard to leave!

The property was in a great location to shops and restaurants. It was overall very clean. The beds were great. The kids all loved the pools and the slide!

Great stay, had everything we needed

We had a great stay at this property. The 23rd floor views were amazing. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. We brought plenty of groceries in a cooler this time around, but if you are lacking anything- there is a market across the street that sells a little bit of everything you can walk to. Our kids are now teens and they really enjoyed a little freedom of walking around using the sidewalks and crosswalks to go play Putt Putt and get ice-cream. The Hang-Out and shops are also within a reasonable walking distance. I loved how cozy the condo was. All the essential appliances were there as well. Coffee pot (not keurig), toaster, Blender, Crockpot, pots and pans. Just remember to bring your extras like salt/pepper, Pam spray, aluminum foil, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, extra trash bags, (extra things if you are doing a lil breakfast or baking). The water pressure isn't the greatest in the shower, but that would not hold me back from renting this place. I loved the ease of getting around with a few codes and not arm bands or key cards. Just remember to take a pic of your codes on your cell. I will also point out that for being on the top floor, the elevators were very quick and efficient. You can't go wrong with this place, the cleanliness, or the view. You will also be surprised at the sharks and/or dolphins you can see from the balcony :) Thanks for a great stay! Lots of memories made for our last minute Fall Break Vacation!

The Condo is beautiful. No issues with anything.

Our only complaint was the kitchen! When you have 3 families and pay what we did to rent this condo everything should be top notch and working! The refrigerator would not keep our stuff cold, the thermostat was going out on the stove, and the dishwasher top drawer was stuck most of the time! If these things were taken care of, there would have been no complaints at all!

This was a great location. Close to everything we needed. With large group, cooked several times. Plenty of kitchen cookware. Loved the picnic table on the balcony. Plenty of space for our large group. But the best was the area on the ground floor to store you beach carts, chairs and accessories and not have to tote them up and down from the room everyday. Had a blast. Would recommend this property and will look for your properties first for our next trip. Thanks Lisa (red)
