This Amazing Unit in an Amenity Filled Building is Ready for Summer Fun!

Condo had very nice amenities and a great beach view!

This condo was perfect for our family! I stayed with my young kids and elderly mother... the unit was able to accommodate both - which is a tall order. A walk-in shower for mom, a tub for the littles - twin beds and gaming console kept my boys happy and quiet long enough for me to make dinner in peace! And mom could watch all the activity on the beach if she wasn't feeling up to a full beach day. The washer/dryer and front area for sand toys and boards was so helpful... The unit was modern, clean and very thoughtfully stocked. We stay in a lot of VRBOs and i find it annoying when the host only provides the barest minimum of supplies...this unit came with plenty of paper towel, hand soap, detergent, paper plates, etc... it was so refreshing! The building itself is great -- the baby pool, indoor pool, movie theater and little sandwich shop were super!

This place was great. Getting there was easy and the parking garage was great to have. There is a spot to park while you unload your vehicle before you continue to your parking spot. The property is very clean and the building amenities were nice. The condo was clean upon arrival and well stocked. The building is big and there a lot of people there but we didn’t have any excess noise or anything. Once inside the unit, it feels like you’re in a house rather than a condo. We had no issues so we didn’t need to contact the host at all. Great beach right outside the building. It does fill up quick so we had to go out early and reserve our spot but that wasn’t bad at all. The kids loved having an indoor and outdoor pool. Overall a great experience and no complaints.

The condo is beautiful, everything you need is there- plenty of chargers and extension cords (it's the little things!) The kitchen is well appointed, plenty of everything. Lots of storage in the pantry. A wagon & beach chairs are available to use in the private laundry room. The condo is very clean and updated. The decor is very nice and welcoming. I've stayed at five other condos at Sea Watch and this was by far the best. We would definitely stay here again The only suggestions I have would be some comfortable comfortable chairs in the living room, a dresser in the second bedroom, and replace the cushions on the balcony seating.

We had the BEST time staying here!! The amenities were great, wish we booked a longer stay!! We will be back next year!!

My family had a wonderful time in this beautifully renovated property. Loved all of the charging stations sprinkled throughout, the building amenities were spectacular and the property manager was easy to contact and quick to resolve issues. Can’t wait for our next stay!
