Host was very communicative & friendly. Instructions were perfect.The place was clean & so comfortable!The location has a wonderful view...very peaceful.The property was all set up with paper products & linens.Could not have asked for a better 1st time experience!

Everything was clean and everything was in great working condition.

This was the perfect space for us and the furbabies! This is a shotgun style condo. Just enough room for us. I would not recommend 4 humans stay due to space. The bathroom is extremely small. Well furnished other than the lack of oven, which I missed in the amenities list. Let's face it, we came here for the balcony view and easy access to the beach! Leaving the balcony door open at night, falling asleep to the sounds of the gulf was absolutely marvelous! Wonderful stay!

This vacation was exactly what I needed. Very peaceful and relaxing. The view was simply amazing. The host was amazing and communicated with me throughout my visit.

Very neat and clean Old Florida feel. Small complex in and among the mega larger condos and hotel chains. Room provided all a couple needs for a nice beach getaway and owner was very responsive.

Very nice unit. Very clean. Great location. Great communication with owners. One negative was the washer and dryer setup. Had to pay for dryer. Directions on machine were not correct. Posted directions were different and the correct one but were not visible at first. Then the dryer took two cycles but didn’t dry the clothes and we had to pay for it. And there is only one washer and dryer for 12 units. Not a great setup at all.

The condo was clean and exactly as described. It’s the perfect size for a couple and I loved that the beach wasn’t overcrowded. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Condo is really nice and clean. The property could use some updating. Showers did not work outside and lots of weeds on ground level. Overall it was a nice place and the owners were very helpful and responded very quickly to my texts. Thanks for a couple of nice days with me and my daughters.

Great beach and the rest of the place was really nice! Had a problem with the door lock and they were there to let us in and fix it within 10 minutes! Will stay there again.

Yes ! The condo was great , everything we needed, very clean. Extra beach items was good to have . Beautiful bathroom , just a nice comfortable stay the balcony from the 3rd floor, view is awesome ! Thank you for a great vacation

My husband and I were looking for a quiet, clean place to stay on the beach to celebrate our 30th anniversary, and this place did not disappoint. The space was perfect for the two of us, and the beach was only steps away. We will definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful stay! This is such a cute little condo in a great location! It is smaller than I expected but perfect for just the two of us. It is very tastefully decorated and they have made the most of every square inch. The soaking tub was wonderful after a long hard day of beach sitting! Would stay here again, no complaints!

We absolutely loved the location and this condo , it was clean and steps away from the Beach , we loved the fact it was a smaller place with less crowds . We saw dolphins from the Balcony one afternoon . Bed is soft and shower has good pressure !

Cozy/comfortable condo with amazing views of white sand and emerald water. Hosts have provided everything you need for your stay and leave detailed instructions for the condo. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the beach with the complimentary beach service (chairs and umbrellas) and relaxing on the balcony in the evening. Sunsets and moon over water were absolutely gorgeous. Saw several dolphins from the balcony in the water. Location is great—away from the Destin traffic. All in all very relaxing!
