Stayed Jun 4, 2023Condo Was good. Fridge has a broken shelf and door. Rules for property say no umbrellas in front of beach chairs but this was not enforced which was disappointing.

Stayed Mar 24, 2023The view from 3bc was phenomenal which was the highlight of our stay! The accommodations were very fitting for our large group. The beds were very comfortable and the short walk to the beach made for a pleasant stay. The most disappointing part of our stay was the lack of communication when we needed assistance. Missing from the unit and very needed is a dust pan and a kitchen that is stocked with useful utensils. We had to buy our own forks which we left behind. And we were also disappointed in the clothes drier - 2 hours to wait on clothes to dry kept us from enjoying the beach as much as possible.

Stayed Jul 25, 2022LOVED this condo! Our family had an excellent relaxing week prior to our son’s beach wedding at a nearby venue. Everything is as stated. The only con I can think of is charcoal grills are kind of a hassle, gas grills would be easier. Would definitely stay again. So conveniently located.

Stayed Jun 26, 2022My boyfriend our 5 kids (ages 12-18) stayed for a week. Our balcony felt like it was right on the beach so we could watch the kids from the condo or take a short walk to join them. It was a short drive to the grocery store, a 20 min drive to Destin, or a nice long family walk to the pier for fireworks. Main bedroom set part from kids for privacy
