    When staying at a place anywhere on 30a you expect to get the best service and at the very least, the rental listing to show an accurate description of the property and amenities. The first issue we ran into was the WiFi. One of the individuals with us had to work while on our trip and we had no WiFi the entire time. The initial login information did not work. The property manager came out and told us the homeowner changed it and they were trying to get the new information. We never heard anything back giving us access. The second and much bigger issue was the beach access. With the new rules on beach access in South Walton being enforced we knew we needed to rent something with private beach access to avoid the overly crowded public accesses. This listing stated they had deeded beach access. THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE! Once you finally find the beach access, you will be denied beach access except to literally walk down their boardwalk to walk onto the sand. You are not permitted to bring anything or sit on the beaches at all at that access point. This was a HUGE inconvenience. So please know, if you rent this condo you will not have private beach access and will be on the beach with hundreds of others and no view of the water. And even at the public beach access there is very limited space to actually place your things so you will likely have to rent chairs to be allowed to sit like we had to. And to top it off, this rental agency will do nothing for you.

    Great location. Close enough to seaside, but quieter and with bunch of places to go to eat.
