During your stay at this condo, you will want to spend time inside and out, enjoying the wonderful amenities available to you. Upon arrival, you will check in at the 24-hour front desk where our staff will greet you and assist with any and all needs. You will park your car in the heated, underground parking garage for a fee and won't need to use it again until you leave. At The Village at Breckenridge, you'll enjoy ski-in, ski-out access off Peak 9 during the day, with the ski school and equipment shop located on-site. After a long day on the slopes, you'll be exposed to endless adventures throughout historic Breckenridge's Main Street, only a half block away. For those destinations, a bit further away, allow our complimentary in-town shuttle to chauffeur your family anywhere your heart desires.

If you don't feel like venturing away from the building, spend time relaxing on-site and take advantage of the many resort activities you are afforded. Take a dip in the slope-side indoor/outdoor pool or allow your muscles to mend while sitting in one of our four hot tubs. If aquatics aren't your thing, enjoy a nice workout at our fitness facility and relax in the steam room or sauna afterward. If you still aren't ready to turn in for the evening, meet your friends and family for apres-ski and dinner at the Park Avenue Pub, inside the Village Hotel. The food is always excellent and the happy hour deals make this one of the best destinations after a long day at Peak 9.

Upon return to your vacation rental, you will notice that this three-bedroom condo has been beautifully decorated with many modern luxury finishes. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, updated countertops and everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Your family and friends may enjoy a formal meal in the dining area or grab a quick snack at the breakfast bar. This condo provides it all when it comes to entertaining your group. Kids may be kept occupied by the large HDTV, DVD player, and complimentary WIFI while the adults may sit together next to the crackling moss rock fireplace and talk over a glass of wine.     The check in process was disjointed from the start and got worse from there. We arrived at the property ahead of check-in time with no expectation of early check-in, but with hopes of parking our car and walking around for lunch. The person at the front desk confusingly explained that management of the unit that we were booked was completely independent of the front desk and had no way to look up and/or confirm our reservation. I was able to eventually call the correct management company and they provided instructions to get access to the parking pass so we could park our car and I was told check-in instructions would be sent via text when the unit was ready. Fair enough, but preliminary instructions likely should have advised us toto not try and engage the front desk. After lunch the instructions were delivered which included retrieving the card keys from a lock box which would grant access to the building of our unit as well as the unit itself. Both card keys worked to get us into the building, but would not work to unlock the unit, A dozen phone calls and 1:45 later someone arrived with the ability to make another set of keys allowing us to gain access to the unit. However, one of those keys worked just that one time leaving us with one viable key which, of course, confined at least one of us to the unit full time else we risked the last key not working and locking us out of the unit. We were able to have additional keys made the following morning.
