The Timeout at 203

Host was very welcoming. Condo was decorated great to highlight the industrial feel of the building. Location was perfect for exploring on foot.

We loved our stay at The Timeout! It was clean and inviting and in the perfect location! With a little bookstore and coffeeshop on the first floor of the building, it was the perfect setting to visit the Silos. Everything was in walking distance. We will always look here first when needing a place to stay in Waco.

We were in town for the week for my son's orientation at Baylor. I was so excited to see the sites and learn more about Waco. Being downtown was the best place to be. I loved the place we stayed at- location, comfort, parking, and being right next to Fabled Bookshop & Cafe. Everything was within walking distance- Magnolia, Rancher Hat Bar, etc. Sarah was great with communication. I will definitely stay here again! NOTE: You must do the Waco Tours- LOVED IT!

All perfect! We did miss having a dining table because we enjoy playing board games together.

This place was perfect for my weekend girls’ trip with my daughters. Convenient location to bars, restaurants, shopping, Magnolia Silos, Hotel 1928

Met up with 2 other girlfriends and everything was so convenient to walk to. Great restaurants, shops, etc. the Loft was cozy and very clean!! Everything we needed was available & the host was extremely accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Unique condo, well furnished. Loved the suggestion board. Property manager made sure everything was just as expected. Definitely will recommend this place to our friends and family. Central location to walk to the Magnolia Silos, bars and restaurants.

Communication with the property manager was excellent from the beginning and throughout our stay. The room was exactly as described, clean and in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again!!

Timeout was an incredible unit for trip to Waco....It was cozy, convenient and certainly clean. The host communication was top notch. Location was perfect as everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Waco!! We'll be back!!! Thank you!!!

Was the perfect place to stay in Downtown Waco. Location was walking distance to everything you'd want to do! I was visiting family for the holidays and wanted to treat myself to a staycation downtown--it was PERFECT. It is a unique and very cool converted industrial loft space but also so cozy and homey. Outstanding amenities in the building, SUPER clean, and the hosts thought of everything (USB charging stations, extension cords by the beds, coffee creamer in the fridge). All the little touches that add together to make a very comfortable stay. Hosts couldn't be more accommodating and excellent communication. Will DEFINITELY be back!

This place was awesome! Great location and very walkable. The place itself is picture perfect. Exactly as advertised which sometimes is not the case. Absolutely love the aesthetic! Excellent communication with the property managers. They think of the needs of the guest and provide information for the area which is very helpful. Would love to stay here again. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Immaculately clean - perfect location near the Silos. Love the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Much larger space than I was even expecting. Pack n play was super helpful

This condo was simply amazing. Everything down to the smallest details were thoughtfully provided. Even down to the clothes drying rack and reserved covered parking spot ? We were so cozy and felt at home for the few days at the end of our vacation that we stayed. The location was perfect as well

The stay was perfect. The owner was communicative from start to finish, and the home was immaculate. The small details were especially great-- chargers by every bed, coffee creamer, plenty of k-cups, and recommendations on the wall from prior visitors. Parking was easy and the silos, restaurants and other shops were walking distance. Perfect location!

Very nice

We have stayed in many rental properties over the years and this one was (by far!) the best. It was very clean (always my first priority), well maintained, centrally located and felt safe/secure. The hosts thought of everything you might need for your stay and provided it. So thoughtful! The icing on the cake was the helpful, timely communication regarding check-in, etc. It was an all around excellent experience and we would highly recommend!

We love staying in these lofts. All are so unique and cute! Timeout kept up with all the others we have stayed it. Beautiful furnishings and decor! Would definitely return to this unit.

A electric and beautifully decorated loft that was perfect for our group of four girls enjoying a long weekend getaway. Fully equipped and within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit including the Magnolia Silos. Also, right down the corner from a fantastic bookstore where you could relax and get a cup of coffee. Great place we hope to come back to.

Amazing place

We had a great time and stay at the timeout! We had a hard time getting in and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Made sure we were okay and got in successfully. Had a wonderful time!

Property was just as advertised, clean and all amenities needed. Location could not be better, could virtually walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Beds were comfortable and living space nice.

Property was easy to get to and close to the Silos. Covered parking was a bonus! Very comfortable! Made for a relaxing visit to Waco.

I cannot say enough good things about this property, our host and our stay in Waco. My sister (from Dallas) and I (from San Antonio) meet once a year in Waco for our annual Sisters Weekend. This was our first time staying in these Lofts and it will be the only place we will stay for any future trips. The location could not be more perfect. You are in the middle of everything and walking distance to most places. Our host was amazing and the property was perfect. We loved the decor and everything was comfy and convenient in the loft. We HIGHLY recommend this property.

I would definitely stay there again. They had everything we needed. The place was immaculate.
