Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pro:Had a nice stay.Cons:•Floor left our socks blackened.•Cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke entered in from patio 3x a day. Had to close door every time.•questionable drains on two of three beds. You really need new sheets. •non stick pans are all scratched up and pose a health hazard.•Toilet in master plugged consistently. •Called for service on the toilet, got a message, “out of office Wednesday & Thursday. Overall this place felt neglected.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not very clean. The bed squeeked, the sofa sunk in the middle, the washer/dryer was in bad shape, the skillets in the kitchen were unusable, the tv in the bedroom did not work most of the time. Looked like mold on living room ceiling, very plain no deco. The toilet seat was loose, we fixed it. The screws on the door between the bathrooms were loose, hard to open and shut. The drain in the bathtub was clogged. We Love PCB, the pool area and beach were great. I'm sure there are better rooms here, we just didn't get one. The maintenance people were prompt.
