Staff and resort was well maintained and we enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that the elevators was crowded most of our stay so we took the stairs almost every trip but I understand that the hotel was full!!!

Stayed May 23, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked late for Memorial Day Weekend 2024. Property is one of the original properties in the Thomas Drive area so don't expect new anything. With that said, the property location is ideal if you want to be near the original Thomas Drive end of PCB. Located right next to the old Spinnakers (hopefully to be the new Tooties one day). Unit 303 has old, dated but functional furniture and appliances. Generally clean with some minor needs for repair. Very functional for a family of 4 that wants a PCB beach experience without breaking the bank. Summit people were very responsive. Owners were not. 3rd floor is nice considering that the elevators are always full. If you want boojie - this is not your place. If you want a place to sleep at the beach that is safe and generally clean - give it a look.

Stayed Jun 3, 2023Many things to do near by even within walking distance . Band and karaoke was so much fun at the pool. Thy even had movie night out at the pool for the littles. Room was nice and clean. Will definitely be back.

Stayed May 7, 2023The bed was uncomfortable sagging in the middle. You can hear the springs popping when you move. No remote for the tv in the bedroom. Ceiling fans need to be clean. The bed was the biggest issue. Needs to be updated
