Stay was great but room was dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Front Porch light out. Could see keypad at night. One bathroom exhaust fan out. Doors off closet. Kitchen sink dripping constantly. Toilets barely flush. Apartment not very well stocked with cooking pans or bowls. We are used to much better. Some outlets didn’t work in one bedroom. Other than that it was good. We made due and had a great time.

The stay was great. Place was awesome as ever this being our 4th time staying at the Summit.

Reviewer Comments: I was told the day I checked in the the pool would be closed at 8:00 for “maintenance” and that it should be back to normal after the weekend. That didn’t happen. Every night we were there the pool closed at 8:00. It irritating to pay 4,000 and I have to get my kids out of the pool 2 hours earlier every night.

Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed in our trip this year at this condo that we loved before, unit #1514, feels like it went downhill since last time .From the moment we got there everything at the pool was closed, the tiki bar, Bobs restaurant, inside hot tub closed the whole time, could not even get in the hot tub outside or the pools everyday after 5pm, kept getting lied to everyday about the reason the pools & hott tub closed so earlyOne day its was the lights outside, then something about a permit they had to get, after 1st day they said it would be fixed next day & everyday said same thing which led to no hot tub or pool everyday at 5pm which is ridiculous & should have been posted on the site to warn people before they came cause brough all my kids & grandkids. Also under construction while there so had to listen to banging & all kinds of noise starting at some days 6 am which vacation we like to get some sleep, also should have been noted on site warning people before you stayed. Also our unit did not provide enough towels for the unit that held 14 people, had to do laundry everyday to have clean towels & also ran out of hot water after 2 people took showers, had to always wait for water to heat back up for the next one which took time out of our beach time. Very disappointing trip we had this time, will find another condo next time
