This deluxe Summit Beach Resort condominium is located on the 15th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is conveniently located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. With every unit in the property having a large, direct beachfront balcony, your views will be spectacular. This condo is well-maintained and fully equipped to host your family and friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar. This condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom with en-suite bath (private bathroom) & beachfront balcony access. The 2nd bedroom is larger and offers two king beds with en-suite bath. The 3rd bedroom offers two queen beds. A 3rd full bathroom is located in hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Large balcony with patio chairs faces directly to the white sand beaches and Gulf of Mexico.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $525 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $300 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 11 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.

**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project scheduled to end May 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. All construction on this unit's balcony has been completed. Other units in the building are still being fitted with new balcony railings, so construction noise and dust may still occur. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**

    check-in was easy. The condo was filthy. Our bed linens were dirty. Counter tops and floors were disgusting. The kitchen was empty. We had two pots. One was not usable. The utensils were dirty. Shower curtains in two bathrooms had mold on them. A walmart receipt was behind the lamp stand in the master room. Very noticeable. I called the 800 number, was able to speak to a very nice lady. She said they are deep cleaned and stocked at the beginning of the season. It's hard for me to believe that. She and another women came and changed our bed linens and had someone to bring us pots and pans and plastic containers which was very appreciated. The unit is for sale as the sale sign was in the window. I hope someone will give this place a good makeover as it is very much needed. It would be a nice place if painted and walls fixed. Just needs a little TLC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd fall break at the Summit, where our family and friends gather for annual farewell to summer. We love the location-the proximity to the beach, the pools, the bar, Bikini Bobs. You really don’t have to leave and some days we don’t. This was our second year in 1504. There were some improvements made-ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms, new couches, new light fixture, new sliding door to the terrace. The kitchen and baths are tired but are functional. (I’d also love to see some upgrades in the linens) We’ll be back-while a little worn by a long summer of rental guests, the value is certainly there ( esp if u avoid all the VRBO/ airbnb fees by renting directly ) and the kids love it

    Overall the condo was as listed and our stay was great! The floors could have been a little cleaner, and the garbage disposal did not work, but other than that everything was good. This condo did have 2 fridges and a washer and dryer which we were super grateful for.

    Was lied to about many things including parking. Had to have local police called to address a situation that should have never happened because the lack of security doing their job. Condo was very poor condition and very dirty
