The Summit 1BR 1.5BA Beautiful unit with great views!

Overall 5 stars only thing is the security acts like they are prison guards even when they have seen you 100 times within a week.

Beautiful modern updated condo. Magnificent views and sunsets. If I were rating condo alone it would be 5 stars. However, they are doing renovations currently which we were aware of but the construction noise was much louder and constant then typical construction. Pools and hot tubs were closed. We arrived at 4 on our first day and as soon as we walked into the room we could not hear each other. When went out on the balcony and it was worse. It was constant loud pitch grinding sanding and sounds like a jackhammer. We reached out to property manager and hosts both. The property manager said she could not help us and to contact the host. The host responded via chat that he appreciated us reaching out but that he had no other availability in the building. I then asked if he had any properties anywhere else to which he never responded. The noise ended at 5 that evening. We hoped the construction wouldn’t be as bad the following day. However at 8:00 the next morning it started just as loud again. I waited until 9:00 to message the host again and explained our situation. He responded that he would check into it further. We left the condo for to escape the noise. When the host never responded that day, we reached out to Vrbo. They collect info and video with audio and reached out to the host and said they would contact us when they heard back from him. Vacation has come and gone. It’s been a week and no response.

Wry clean unit with amazing view of the ocean

Very clean room equipment with a full kitchen& washer and dryer. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The tiki bar on the property makes the best drinks. Pizza, ice cream , and oysters all in walking distance.

The condo was just as pretty and nice in person as it appeared in the photos. Will definitely rent again.

The condo was great! There were a couple of house keeping issues we found. There was only one used roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. On our four day we were going to do laundry and found half washed towels sitting in water in the washer. Overall the property was great and a very nice condo. This was are second year in a row to stay at the Summit.

The main bathroom area was a little small. The elevators were terrible, the property has four elevators, however one was broken almost every day of our say. It made for a long wait to get downstairs in the mornings and back up in the afternoons.

Modern Decor and very Clean Would stay again

Its a beautiful resort but the pools are freezing they need heated and the beds are very hard

The condo was even better than the pictures. Extremely clean and well maintained !!!! We will probably book it again next year if it’s available.

The Summit was clean and safe. Location was great. The Tiki bar was an added bonus as well as Bikini Bob’s. With these two bonuses you really don’t need to leave the property. Hopefully we will return.

Every corner from B/R to kitchen was in perfect condition. You could differently tell these owners care about this condo and the people that rented it. Good location on the east side of PCB. Great room and very clean. Elevators were fast compared to other places I’ve stayed.

This was the perfect get away from home! The property was stocked with everything we needed, extremely clean, and very welcoming! Very pleased with our stay!

We absolutely loved this condo. We had plenty of room for our whole family. Definitely will be booking again in the future.
