The Spa 1115 | Screened Porch, Pool, Walk to Beach!

Liked the location thoi g t the rent was a little high for the size and television service. Madter bedroom tv was tertible.

The condo was not very clean at all. I took a picture of my child's bare foot after we had been there 15 minutes. Let's just say we all wore shoes at all times. The shower curtains had mold all over them. I cleaned a lot of obvious stains off of the walls. You could barely see out of the bedroom windows because they were so dirty.

Love the beach!

We had a great time with this condo. Everything we expected was provided and the condo was nicely equipped. The pool areas were great and the beach was amazing. The kids had an amazing time on the beach, in the water, and fishing and crab chasing. Being able to walk down to the creek inlet/marsh area was also great. The location is very convenient to stores and the rest of the island as well. Thank you!

After reading previous reviews, we had higher expectations for this condo. Upon first entering the condo, we had a great deal of difficulty unlocking the door with the key but did finally get the hang of it. There are things that could be easily repaired such as the hole in the bathroom ceiling, light switch covers with old stickers that could easily be replaced. The mattress in the larger bedroom was terribly hard & uncomfortable. There were many gnats & mosquitoes inside the condo even though we kept the doors closed at all times. We even had a very large roach in the condo. On a brighter side, the grounds were well-kept & we enjoyed the pools & the swings/benches that overlooked the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. We had high expectations for this condo but will not be back & unfortunately are unable to recommend this condo to others.

My best friend and I stayed at this spot for a 4th of July getaway! The location was great; the space was perfect and so comfortable, clean, and cute; the grounds were beautifully kept; and the beach was nice! We’d visit again.

Can’t beat this location just a few steps away from a quiet, private access beach. Condo was clean and included a washer and dryer in the unit (needed with a toddler). Organized check-in/check-out process.

Well kept and clean with private beach access and pools. Quite, relaxing, and a short drive to popular areas. Would definitely recommend to others.

The condo at 1115 The Spa was delightful in many ways! It was clean, updated and tastefully decorated! Having said that there were some issues that were annoying and inconveniencing to us. For example, there was NO can opener in the place. A simple tool that is a necessity for cooking, but we had to go out and purpose one in order to open our cans to cook. Towels: really ONE towel, one wash cloth and one hand towel per person?! The towel BARELY covered your body and 2/3 were basically thread bare as were a the washcloths! Everything else seemed so new -bed quilts/pillows/bed linens yet the towels were not in the best shape. And could housekeeping not provide at least two towels? Most women like a separate towel for their hair anyway. Please consider providing 2 towels per person. Storm door: We locked it the first night and the next morning it took us 10 minutes to get it unlocked!! The whole door is out of alignment. Every morning we had to jiggle it, juggle it in order to unlock it! So you might have to look at it. We liked it was there to provide a layer of security, but it was hard getting it unlatched. Deadbolt Key: We had constant trouble with the key to the condo. It seems a bit bent. We had to wiggle it quite a bit to get it in fully. We were afraid it might snap at one point. Perhaps it’s time to remake a new key. We loved the condo. It was comfortable and charming. Loved the appliances were if not brand new, certainly fairly new. It was well equipped with household items except for the can opener. Oh, we had to go out and buy salt and pepper shakers as well. Thought that would be a standard item in the kitchen so we were surprised to have to supply it ourselves. Whoever decorated the condo did a fabulous job! My husband just reminded me that we had a terrible time with the TVs! It might be a good idea to leave instructions as to how to use which remote for which tv. Some remotes were in the wrong room. The spa on port royal is located at a great beach, perfect for families! We enjoyed our stay!
