Guest Access:

A code will be provided to access the home. Parking is available directly in front of the home, as well as additional parking available behind the building. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

    Great location for the Arkansas football game, able to walk to Dickenson street and stadium. Stay is perfect for 2 couples. Communication was great and condo was clean. Note there is no half bath downstairs. Also the pillows are not comfortable, they need softer pillows.

    The property was exactly like the photos. It was very clean. The beds were quite comfortable with modern and new bedding. Towels were also nice and fluffy and fresh. They were stocked with snacks and a nice bottle of wine. Very comfortable and pleasant. Close to campus. Good location.

    The property was a great location for us and very clean and tidy. Amenities were also very good. Only issues were around a lack of maintenance, there were numerous things not operating correctly or in need of attention. Some of which were safety related.

    Everything that was advertised was correct. It is nicely located near a very connected trail for walking or bike. Also walking distance to some nice restaurants, bars, coffee. Owners provided a nice bottle of wine when we arrived. They took care of a rare minor mishap that was satisfactory in the solution. Everything worked(TV, internet, showers, laundry,etc.) I would stay here again.

    The condo was very comfortable, clean, and cute! It is just a block off of Martin Luther King Blvd., so it is a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. Arsega's right across the street was great for breakfast. Also wanted management to know that the lever on the ice/water is very sensitive. If you close the door firmly, the water or ice will start shooting out. Otherwise, it was a really nice condo.

    We really enjoyed our trip to Fayetteville to check out the University of Arkansas. This condo was really nice to stay in. Its location was perfect for us since it was so close to campus and downtown Fayetteville. The only downside to that was the traffic noise at night from being so close to a main street.

    My son had a Razorback Baseball Camp and we needed a place close to the stadium. This was an excellent location that was perfect for the family. It was extremely clean and had a lovely welcome basket upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again!
