Stayed Nov 25, 2025So many things, I didn’t get an email with the check in info and I tried to text them an hour before we got there with no response, so I called VRBO they helped me but then I got an email saying that, that’s not an emergency to call them for! (It was 10pm after a long drive and I had little kids with me, so yes I needed to get into the house) there was a horrible sewer smell, most of the dishes were dirty, dishwasher leaked a big puddle after every time we used it! We couldn’t swim because the pool was extremely cold and the hot tub was too dirty to get in. There was more but these were the main problems

Stayed Oct 26, 2022I was really disappointed that the pool was so cold you could not swim in it. I specifically asked if the pool would be open and the management indicated it would be. Well, it was open but we couldn't swim in it because it was freezing and the hot tub was too hot, 105 degrees or hotter. So we couldn't even sit in the hot tub. My whole family was very disappointed.

Stayed Apr 1, 2022With teenagers and toddlers this place was perfect. The loft provided a great area for the teenagers to stay and still feel like they had some privacy. The great room was plenty spacious to hang out and watch a movie together. It made our stay in Mesquite feel much more like a vacation.
