Guest Access:

You will have ONE reserved parking spot near the entrance of the Metro Lofts. A code will be provided to access the building and access your condo. Additional parking can be found at the West Avenue or Spring Street parking decks and can be paid through the ParkMobile app at the cost of the guest. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Other Things to Note:

There is a train that runs through the center of downtown Fayetteville, and the train crossing is located near the Metro Lofts. Because of this, there is a train horn that sounds occasionally during the day and sometimes at night. We have stocked the condo with a noise machine in hopes to help with any possible disturbances!



Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.



Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

    This property is recently renovated and in beautiful condition. Plenty of room for our family and the location is perfect. Wish I lived there--it's that good! Only downside was that we had a trailer and there was no place to park it. Luckily, we were able to make it work and we didn't get towed. Will definitely stay again!

    Condo was nice. Decorated well. Comfortable bedrooms. Location was not the best as parking was very difficult and major construction going on right next to the property. We stay in Fayetteville frequently about daughter is a student. Very well located in terms of walking distance to downtown but construction and parking were an issue for us.

    Wonderful property, with so many extra touches! Great location and responsive management. Please note there is a very big construction project just outside of the property- facing the balcony. They worked on Saturday, but didn’t disturb us from inside the apartment.

    Very cute and convenient place. Felt safe. It was nice and a walk from Dickson. There was construction nearby but it was never loud. There is only one parking spot which is a bummer but we parked on the street nearby easily.

    The property was very convenient to the campus (easy walk), restaurants and a very short drive to the grocery store. It was very clean and I felt better than what the pictures showed. During our stay there was some construction that made entry/exit a bit confusing but I’m sure that will be resolved soon and isn’t the fault of the property managers.

    My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for our son’s move in to UArk. It’s a wonderful property! Perfect location and easy walk to Dickson and many restaurants. Beautifully furnished and nicely equipped with everything you need. We loved that they didn’t skimp on coffee pods. The complimentary bottle of wine was appreciated after dorm move in! And this Mama appreciated all the Kleenex after saying goodbye to my boy! Very quick response from manager if we had questions. Would not hesitate to stay again!

    The apartment was nice and everything was provided that we needed for the week. The location was amazing! We were able to walk to everything. The only complaint that we had was the train that rides right by the apartment woke us up several times. It didn't just ride by, it honked it's horn the whole time. So that was annoying, but other than that we had a wonderful stay.
