Marisol is known for it's smaller, quieter atmosphere with only 45 units total perfect for guests who want a more relaxed beachfront experience. You're right in the heart of PCB. Close to local restaurants, shopping, and family attractions. Whether you want a laid-back beach day or a night out, everything is within reach. So, pack your flip flops the beach is calling.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made to this policy. There are absolutely no exceptions.

Parking Rules: Max 2 Cars per booking. The unit offers 1 designated parking space & the other vehicle parks in the overflow parking lot across the street. Please make arrangements for 2 vehicles. We don't have anywhere for you to park additional cars. Two parking passes are already included in the booking total. Trailers, motor homes, motor boats, campers, jet skis, rental scooters, golf carts, or tractors are not allowed on property.
No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.

Smoking Policy: There is absolutely no smoking inside the condo. If we find guests have smoked inside the guest will be evicted immediately without refund. If we find during the checkout inspection there was smoking inside of our unit we will charge a $300.00 violation fee. This is a nonsmoking resort. This includes balconies as well. Guests are only allowed to smoke in the designated smoking spots. Smoking anywhere on property or on the balcony you will be subject to eviction without refund.

This unit is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the home, you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $500.00 violation fee. All ESA animals & Service animals must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.

No unregistered guests are allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests. We count heartbeats and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. No more than 6 heartbeats allowed in this unit. This goes for visitors as well.

Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of amenities, just to get you through the first night. One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 pack of cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar of soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & one conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver of $69.00 included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate of $69.00 in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a 28-90 day stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. Rates 28-59 nights will be a total of $280.00 for the coverage. Rates 60-90 nights will be a total of $450.00 for the coverage.     Everything was as promised, the condo had everything we needed and the location is fantastic. The BEST part of this vacay at this time of the year was that this is a smaller building which was great for us! We never had to wait for elevators and had ample beach area where the condos to the left and right were rediculously packed and overcrowded. Definitely recommend and if we come back mid summer, this is the place to be. Also had a property manager or maintenance guy there everyday to help anyone with anything needed which is huge as well.     The place was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. We didn't use the pool, but it does have one. Bring charcoal for the grills because they aren't propane. Check-in was easy and the property maintenance company was a pleasure to work with. Panama City Beach has tons of activities and great places to eat!Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

    Location was amazing and so was the condo itself. Plenty of space, clean, had everything we could need. Loved the view and the beach service was top notch. Having a designated parking space was great. We will be planning to stay again next year for our annual family trip!
