I stayed here with my family (husband and 3 kids) and we loved the property so much we will definitely be back. The condo was clean, had great views, plenty of room for all of us to relax in the living room, huge bathrooms, great/functional kitchen. The living room was bigger than expected. The kids LOVED the pool and the beach. We had a snafu at check in and was able to get in touch with Jeff immediately to resolve it. He checked in again later to make sure everything else with check in went smooth. Highly recommend and we will be back!

We have been to this property on Singer Island before. This particular unit was lovely and just as was described. Beautiful and modern with all we needed for our stay. The balcony had views of the ocean and perfect to drink your morning coffee. John was an exceptional host and very responsive. We look forward to returning again!

Condo was fine, however, there were issues. We were not informed by the host that renovations were taking place on the floor of this particular unit and it appeared we were the only unit on the floor with occupants. We were welcomed with dark hallways with nails, staples, and yea

This was our 4th visit to this property and 1st time with this particular unit. On arrival it was beautifully cleaned, organized and in good shape. This hotel is undergoing some room Reno’s and in fairness the rooms are beginning to appear dated. That being said, for our family of 5 with one teen , one tween and two parents and a granny, this unit was exactly what we needed. The host was more than easy to deal with. I had limited communication with him, but really there was no reason to reach out. Everything was set up and ready to rock by the time we were ready to go. Price was reasonable and affordable for our group. The hotel itself remains in good shape and the kids love the pool, beach access and west palm beach shopping nearby. Thank you for the great experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Respectfully,Canadian family who still love our friends to the south!

Everything was great! We appreciated the beach cart and chairs available in room. The Marriott staff was always attentive and helpful. And the nice surprise was a Starbucks in the cafe as well. Our adult kids enjoyed snorkeling and looking for crabs on the beach. We will definitely come back!

We booked a last minute trip to Palm Beach for the 4th. I’m thankful we were able to book condo 1109 for our trip! The place was inviting and made us feel comfortable! The amenities at the property were a bonus! The beach was so beautiful we felt like we was in the Caribbean! Communication with Jeff was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

Property is just as described and the owners were super responsive and helpful. Don’t hesitate booking this property… perfect location, clean, comfortable and just steps from the beach with a fantastic pool. Miss it already!

Jeffrey communicated well, and made our stay wonderful this is the second time that we stayed at this particular location and condo and the property is as described and everything was there that we needed. Our grandson loves the lagoon pool and has met a lot of different friends over the last couple of stays.There are really nice places to eat just minutes away but we also tried some different restaurants outside of the Island that were really nice. Look forward to another stay in the future.

Well appointed spacious condo with a great view of the bay and the ocean. Ocean Reef Park is next door so the views are unobstucted. 11th floor so it was very quiet. Master bedroom on one side and a bedroom with two doubles on the other side that close off for privacy. Both have large bathrooms and plenty of closet space. The living area is comfortable and the kitchen is sufficiently stocked, although we only did breakfast and lunch in. The beach chairs are appreciated to save the Marriot beach chair rental fee. Just need to sit at Ocean Reef Park on the edge of the property which was quieter while we were there. The beach is very nice and there is a Tiki Bar with musicians (not loud). We went over to Peanut Island for a day and enjoyed dinner at Sailfish Marina. The property only has valet service so bring some tip money. As always vacation was too short. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We wanted to take a few days away from everything and relax, so after finding this gem on VRBO, we booked it immediately, and we were not disappointed. This property is exactly as advertised and more. The only thing that we didn't like was having to leave. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy the Palm Beach area or just relax at the resort and enjoy all of the amenities.

Our first impression was the size of the unit. It is much larger than the pictures online. The balcony also has a wide panoramic view which captures both the ocean and inland bay area. The beach is also pristine with crystal clear aqua blue water and mild waves. The hotel's acquatic facilities are equally impressive. Would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful girls trip at this property. The location cannot be beat and the accommodations were exactly as described. This is a perfect place to visit - we hope to book again next year!

Enjoyed our stay. Restaurant, bar and service were great. Lots of kids in pools to the point it was difficult to swim. Instructions did not include you need to check in with front desk and they charge your credit card 500 for incidentals. VRBO fee does not include 52 per night for parking and there is 42 beach fee for 2 chair set up.

Jeff was very responsive when we checked in. There was an issue with the door code, but he answered his phone on the first ring and got us set up. A few other issues happened that were out of his control. Watch your credit card for charges from the Marriott. They have a really weird system of charges.The condo was perfect for 4 people. There was plenty of space to relax and feel like you were alone and the shared space was beautiful. We used the kitchen everyday. Having a washer and dryer was also super helpful when traveling with a child.Speaking of kids, this place is so kid friendly. There are board games to play under the TV in the den and sand and pool toys on the balcony. A Jeff.We spent a lot of time on the balcony that had the loveliest view of the ocean. The weather and stinging marine life wasn't friendly to the idea of us being in the ocean, but there was plenty to do to the extent that we weren't even disappointed. Jeff's committed to making things right. I hope we get to have this experience again in the future. If you're not sure, or on the fence, just book it. You won't regret it.

Our experience here was wonderful. Being able to use the Marriott facilities was the best. The condo was spotless and well appointed. Communication was on point. Would recommend and stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Singer island. View of ocean and surrounding area was spectacular. It was a great escape from the frozen north. Our host was awesome and very accessible.

The resort, the unit, the beach… perfect

The condo was excellent! My friends and I had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed , was quiet and perfect for a long weekend.

The place was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the view, the property and the location. Most responsive owner on a rental, which I greatly appreciated. Would Highly recommend this property!

The little woman and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful view, comfy bedding and super clean to boot! The hotel staff were supremely friendly and helpful. Complimentary afternoon snacks and a drink is a nice touch, reminiscent of how they do things at some all-inclusive resorts we've visited. There are some really great restaurants in the area, many, no more than a 15 or 20 minute ride from the hotel. We were thinking we may like to stay an additional week, but the condo was already booked. All in all, a lovely visit!

The condo is very nice. It is kept very clean and nicely decorated. Both bathrooms are very nice and specious. The kitchen is small, but functional. There is no dining table, so that may be a drawback for some. It was not a problem for us. There are stools and plenty of seating in the living room. The pull out couch is comfortable. The only problem we had was with the hotel staff dealing with the beach chairs and umbrellas. We were given different prices and one specific male employee was very rude. That, however, has nothing to do with the condo itself. We had no issues with it or their manager/owners. They were quick to respond with instructions and codes for our arrival.
