The Space

Located onthe third floor of the Leeward building, this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been fully updated for style and comfort to comfortably sleep 2-4 guests. This unit features:

Bright, open-concept living area with a Smart TV, queen sleeper sofa, dining table, and access to a private-balcony to soak in the views.

Sleek fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances, new cabinetry, and ample counter space—perfect whether you’re whipping up a quick snack or a full dinner.

A spacious master bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and relaxing ocean views, offering a tranquil retreat after a day in the sun.

In-unit washer and dryer and high-speed WiFi for added convenience.

*Please note: pool and beach towels are not included.

Important Things to Know

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the duration of the stay. 

The maximum occupancy for the unit is 4. 

No pets or ESAs allowed.

No parties or smoking allowed in the unit. 

Guest must sign a rental agreement and agree to a $400 damage deposit hold placed on their card 1 day before arrival and voided 7 days after departure. 

Booking includes one parking pass; additional passes are available for purchase ($35/pass). 

While on the resort property, guests are required to wear Edgewater Guest bracelets. Guests will require to pay a replacement fee for lost bracelets.
