Stayed Jul 12, 2019Great place! Private, quiet, and beautiful. Check-in was super easy through the HomeAway app. The house was clean, despite being in mid-update. The only thing I wish had been different is that my wife and I had to push two twin size beds together in order to sleep in the same bed. It was surprisingly comfortable, but it would be nice if at least one of the three bedrooms had a larger bed. Once we got our things out away, it almost a home away from home. We will definitely stay there again next year.

Stayed Oct 13, 2023We stayed during parents weekend at Kenyon. The space was very spacious and clean. About 10 minutes from campus. The beds were a bit soft but manageable. I would stay again.

Stayed Sep 2, 2023Had a fantastic weekend in Apple Valley! The location is perfect! A beautiful area. The cabin was spacious and clean. It was very nice. It had all of the amenities we needed to feel right at home. There was plenty of room for all 6 adults and an infant. Don’t for get the dogs!! They had a blast too. The beaches even have pet friendly areas. There was also plenty of room outside for games. We played corn hole and croquet! The owner was super responsive and extremely friendly. We absolutely look forward to a future visit. Thank you!

Stayed Aug 4, 2023Our stay at the pines at apple valley was near perfect. I only deducted a point on cleanliness because there were a LOT of ants in the kitchen. A few ant repellent/traps on the counters would be the only addition needed to make this a total 5 star rating!!

Stayed Sep 30, 2022We used to stay in these cabins every year, for years - but prior to this recent trip it had been about 7 years. The 'new owners' have done a fantastic job with the remodel and upgrades. The cabin is much more comfortable and clean, check in/check out is much easier and the location is as great as ever. Very excited to add this back to our annual calendar. thanks!
