Stayed Mar 1, 2025The location could not be better. Walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, a short drive to shopping and restaurants. It is also fun being on the Palm Royale par 3 golf course. The golf course gives you a discount for those renting within Palm Royale. The pool area is beautiful. The kitchen is on the small side, but included all the pots, pans and utensils one would need as well as a good supply of dishes, glasses and wine glasses. The kitchen table is adequate for four people. The unit has a large patio and Colin, the host, was very kind to order 2 loungers for us when we mentioned that the listing showed two loungers but were not there. The beds were very comfortable and the master was a good size room. The second bedroom was an adequate size for visiting guests. We look forward to staying here when we return to the desert.
