The Pelican's Perch is a beachfront studio condo sitting on the white sand of Anna Maria Island, just steps from the gulf waters! Our condo building provides a heated pool, private beach access and free on-site parking. The newly renovated condo unit is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable king bed, full-size futon, kitchen and one bathroom, making it an ideal beach getaway for couples or families with younger children.

The Pelican's Perch is similar in size and layout to alarge hotel room with a king bed situated in the living area, a double-size futon, a counter height dining table for 4 and a 50 wall mounted television. The entire western facing end of the condo is glass, offering full views of the beach. The sliding glass doors open to the large balcony with a table and chairs, a perfect spot for morning coffee, and afternoon sandwich, your evening beverage or a family card game!

Small compact kitchen features a full-size fridge, two burner cook-top stove, microwave and all the kitchen utensils you'll need to cook small easy meals if desired.

The bathroom has a tub / shower combo - hair dryer and starter set of toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner).
