BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: _2 Parking passes___ Are included with the reservation. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    Nice and spacious Great check in and communication with the property BEACHBALL rentals. The condo is spacious but very outdated and needs updates appliances. Can’t see the microwave timer as is burned out. The can opener is electric from the 1980s. It looks like they spray painted the tile to match the wallpaper. The pans look like they came from the thrift store mismatched and worn out and we wanted to cook and used what we could find This if updated could be a lot nicer.

    Great beach view from the huge balcony, easy to reach the beach. Condo was clean, all appliances worked. We had 7 adults that comfortable fit. Only recommendation-more comfortable chairs for the balcony. We loved it.

    We picked this for the bedrooms and baths. Nice size for 6 peopleBeds were comfortable Balcony furniture very nice Need to update the furniture The door to the stairwell kept banging. Couldn’t keep it it shut and disturbed the sleepers

    I sent an email last week. Although the condo was clean and the views were amazing, ALL of the furniture was very uncomfortable and outdated. Even the dining table chairs felt as if you were going to fall through the center… so uncomfortable!!

    The condo was not wheelchair accessible. I had that as a filter when I vi was searching. I could not get in any of the bathrooms . This n in add the trip extremely difficult.

    Really impressed upon arrival. The outside was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The luggage carts were awesome. The inside of both lobbies were always spotless and smelled clean as they were always mopped and vacuumed. I hardly ever seen any sand in the lobbies. The fans running in the hallways are a good idea, every place should have fans for circulation. The balcony was very nice and the sliding doors worked flawlessly. We loved the corner unit and the fact every bedroom had access to balcony. Inside the unit was clean and spacious. Great water pressure in the showers. The stay couldn’t have been better for myself and family.

    The balcony’s sliding door would stick and was very hard to open and close. One shower had mildew on the tile and curtain.

    Loved having a corner unit, unfortunate that we were not able to access deck during the day as the construction noise was relentless. Unit was clean and spacious, but could use some additional basics such as hair dryer, bathroom mat, placemats, etc. Property management was very responsive to needs. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!
