Family-friendly getaway with a wonderful beach, beachfront views of Bald Head Island and the pier, spacious deck with counter height chairs and table for sunset dining, back covered porch with seating and storage shelves. Next to beach access/walkway, seasonal pool access, grilling area.

Beach decor with a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, renovated bathrooms with ceramic tile baths.>
Four Roku TVs (living room, queen bedroom and king bedroom also have a digital antenna for local channels), DVD player, high-speed internet.

Each building has outside shower for rinsing off. Across the street from Oak Island Golf Club and Duffer's Bar and Grill. Nightly rentals available.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

The location is great & the check-in was simple. My warning is with the management company. If you plan to stay here, make sure to pack everything! Toilet paper, tissues, bath soap, hand soap, beach chairs & beach towels. Also, beware that check-out is 9AM. The condo is small and simple with great beach access. But, I'll make sure not to rent a unit that uses this management company again. They must be making $$$ hand over fist because customer satisfaction certainly isn't a priority.

We enjoyed staying in unit 402 at The Palm unit was clean and well furnished with all the essentials the beds were nice, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. We weren’t in the unit enough to cook or utilize the kitchen very much but it was very nice and clean the ac was very cold and the fans all worked. We only had one complaint and that was that the couch and loveseat seemed very used they were difficult to get in and out of for an active 38 and 43 year old I can’t imagine my parents trying to get up and down out of them however this would not prevent us from staying here again. Beach access was great!
