Stayed Sep 21, 2022Like the location a block from the Lodge. We liked having a kitchen and space. We chose to rent this over the Breckinridge lodge for a wedding we were attending. It’s a bit older, but the bathroom and kitchen are current. The ceiling is concrete so we never heard the upstairs people. It is also a great view. One flight of stairs.

Stayed Jun 30, 2020We enjoyed Breckenridge and the surrounding areas. The condo was centrally located and a short drive to town. The condo appeared larger in the pictures, but there was plenty of room for two people. Fully stocked kitchen which was awesome.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I didn't stay here, but the owner has been very helpful in making sure that I can use my COVID-19 cancellation booking credit in the future. Thankful for such a concerned owner, and a company that shows grace. Jodie Rusznak

Stayed Feb 28, 2020This condo is very nice and well equipped for a weekend in the mountains. The view is amazing! It’s a little bit of a walk downhill to the bus stop. Just be aware that you’ll be walking up hill in ski boots and carrying skis at the end of the day. It’s worth it because the bus service is a great way to get to the lifts. The driveway can be tricky in the winter. Make sure you have at least AWD. The sleeper sofa is NOT for adults (little kids at best). I really look forward to making it back to this wonderful condo!

Stayed Dec 27, 2019We loved our stay here, and enjoyed waking up to the mountains every morning! The view is breathtaking! The only issue we had was that the original listing said there was a washer and dryer in the unit, and there was not. Luckily we were only staying for 3 nights, or this unit would not have worked for us, as we packed just enough clothes for our stay. Owners were very responsive and apologetic about the washer/dryer issue, and over all we had a nice stay in the mountains during the holidays!

Stayed Feb 12, 2020We stayed here for five days in peak ski season. The view is beautiful and so is the condo. The kitchen is great if you want to save some money and cook some meals at home. The condo was clean and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. There are no laundry facilities on the property, but there was a laundromat pretty close. Also if you’re going in the winter, 4x4 vehicle is def needed. We loved it and hopefully will come again soon!!

Stayed Jan 11, 2020This place was perfect for our stay in Breckenridge. First, the view is awesome! My wife stayed one day while I skied just to enjoy it. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the newly remodeled shower was very nice. There was a shuttle pickup down the street that came in handy, and the two drivers were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend Baldy Mountain!!!

Stayed Dec 23, 2019This is kind of a weird review for me to leave. This rental is absolutely fine, and there is no reason to disparage the listing for my own failure to research properly. But first, while there is technically enough space for six people, I'd encourage you to look elsewhere if you're staying more than a couple nights or have adults travelling together. The fold-out bed in the sleeper sofa is one of the least comfortable I've ever sat on. My kids (7 and 9) didn't seem to care, but it's certainly worth noting. The Murphy bed was comfortable for our 18 yr old, and the one actual bed was perfectly comfortable as well for my husband and me. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked. Everything from an electric tea kettle to all the spices you could ask for. The bathroom was a bit of a problem for us -- the very cute, rustic sliding barndoor means no airtight seal. Very little in the way of privacy. The whole condo can hear everything happening in that toilet if you don't have the TV or music on. Additionally, the smoke alarm went off at 12:20 am. The only thing we can surmise is that when our 18 yr old took a midnight shower (she had felt ill because of altitude sickness), the steam coming from the non-sealed shower set it off as it's right outside the bathroom. The manager called us back promptly and was apologetic, but that just seems like we can't be the only people with that problem. And I really hated leaving the battery out of the smoke alarm, but that was the only thing she or my husband could think of to make it stop. We got an email asking us to make sure we put the linens in the washing machine before we left. When I asked where the washer was, they replied that this unit doesn't have one and they were sorry and they'd update the website to be correct. Well, um, that's a pretty big bummer. When we're travelling with three kids with snow gear, we packed as light as we could and needed a washer. They referred us to the laundromat on French St (very clean and nice). All that said - the view is FANTASTIC. The condo is adequate for I would say a maximum of 3-4 adults who are all very comfortable with each other. Plenty of board games, great kitchen, and lovely decor. We probably won't be back to that particular unit, but that's because it just didn't fit our needs.
