Our stay at the Ocean Club was wonderful. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for us. David, the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, which made the entire experience seamless and stress free.The location is truly unbeatable- an amazing ocean view from the large private balcony and easy walkability to the pier and nearby restaurants. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying the view each day was a highlight of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again.

The host was v welcoming and kindly met us on arrival (even though it was late in the evening) and brought us some goodies as a welcome which we were very grateful to receive. The apartment is lovely and is full of provisions so we didn’t really have to go and buy any basics and we appreciated that. The location is perfect and I look forward to coming back again in future years. Many thanks to David for his hospitality and kindness.

Let me start by saying David is an amazing host. He was thorough from the beginning, which my husband & I, appreciated. He met us at the unit upon arrival for a walk-through. We enjoyed every moment of our ocean front beach condo stay. The unit was very clean. The kitchen is equipped with essentials. Towels & washcloths are provided. Beach towels are provided, as well as a beach pass for chair and umbrella during your stay. The unit is in walking distance to everything, restaurans, & bars. There's a Publix near by, close enough to walk if you don't mind walking. We walked for groceries. We rented a car, a car is not needed unless you want to get out and explore other areas which we always do. Overall; the unit was perfect for our needs. We plan to add David's beach condo to our must visit forever list. Thank you David for your professionalism, kindness and willingness to assist during our stay. We're looking forward to seeing you in the near future.

We had the perfect stay!! David was so communicative, beginning to end. We had a tiny, very resolvable issue with the A/C, which he had fixed within minutes. The condo fit our family of 4 perfectly. You also cannot beat this location. We enjoyed being steps from the beach, the pool (which was never crowded), walking to dinner every night, and enjoying a lot of time on the balcony. We will definitely be back. Thank you, David!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this beautiful condo! The view is exactly as shown in the photos, and so lovely to walk across to the beach, with the loungers and umbrellas available every day! The pool was great - not crowded at all. Gated ample parking was a bonus. We also loved that there are some great places to eat within walking distance. David, the owner was always available and helpful with any questions we had. We WILL be back!

The owner David was great to work with! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. Beautiful condo with amazing view. We were able to walk to most restaurants nearby. Pool was nice too, but we spent most of our time at the beach.

I recently stayed at a fantastic condo and had an amazing experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The ocean views from the condo were breathtaking, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. One of the best features was its location—just a short walk to many great restaurants, making it super convenient for dining out. Highly recommend!

We have found our ultimate holiday weekend getaway destination. This will be the second time in the same year that we have stayed in Dave's condo while visiting Deerfield Beach, FL and we love it. We absolutely lucked out in finding Dave and his condo. The location and accommodations are absolutely perfect.

This is one of those places you don't want to leave a great review because you want to keep it a secret. The location rocks. Literally 20 feet from the beach. A bonus is that you have full use of 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and table - a big savings. The water is nice - if it is calm you can snorkel and see a load of fish, if it's a bit wavy it nmakes for some good boogie boarding. The property is all yuou would want. SUPER clean, fullk kitcen, very effective aiur conditioning, balcony with a rocking vire, and a nice quiet pool. Everything ewas very comfortable - the same stuff you would pout in your own oceanside paradise. Finall, David is so easy to work with. Impeccable directions and details on check in and where to find everything. If you have any issues he will fix it right away, and if you don't you won't hear from him. I would hope to stay here on my next visit and so should you :)

Our Memorial Day weekend getaway at 204 Ocean Club Beach Resort was spectacular! The accommodations were perfect and the location and view were perfect. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning with coffee and the moonrise every night with a glass of wine on the balcony. The luxury of just walking out the door and across the street to be on the beach was fantastic and the added bonus of having 2 folding chaise lounge chairs, a table and an umbrella, that comes with the unit already set up every day at the beach was incredible. Needless to say we will be back and hope to be on Dave's frequent guest list. He is a pleasure to work with. His communication skills are impeccable and he is very accommodating.
