With lots of cabinetry, expansive granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, it has everything you need to make meals and snacks. Plus cushioned seating for three allows the crew to keep you company while you cook. There is also a separate wet bar with an additional sink, ice maker, and blender – your bartender’s favorite spot. When it’s time to dine, the Gulfview dining room awaits with seating for six.

After busy beach days, there’s something oh-so-sweet about retreating to your own private oasis to rest and recharge. Three beachy bedrooms invite sweet dreams with crisp white linens, flatscreen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms for ultimate privacy. There is also a fourth full bathroom (with a washer and dryer) and a Queen sleeper sofa, so this home easily accommodates up to 12 guests.

Outside, you’ll love the private balcony with panoramic views of the shimmering Gulf and its white-sand beaches.     We have been coming to Phoenix West II for 3 years now after switching from Phoenix West. We love the property. The pool, lazy river, slide, and splash pad. This year was different with COVID-19, but there was hand sanitizer available in elevators. As for the actual condo, it was nice. We didn’t have Wi-Fi and the master bathroom’s toilet leaked. Also, the carpet in the master bathroom’s closet stayed wet. We are thinking that had something to do with the leak.

    Excellent layout. Quite comfortable for 11 people. Parking on the same floor as the room(10th) make loading and unloading all the gear a breeze. Fourth bathroom with shower was greatly appreciated when a group came in from the beach. Facility had all the amenities we desired.
