With a spacious layout, coastal decor, and calming neutral beach tones, it’s warm and welcoming. After soaking up the sun all day, the cozy living room is designed for relaxation with a sofa, accent chairs, and a comfy leather recliner. Queue up a movie on the flatscreen TV while you plan your next beach day.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and lots of counter space for meal prep. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar, crank some tunes on the stereo, mix tropical drinks at the wet bar with a built-in ice maker and blender, and gather for leisurely meals in the light and bright Gulf view dining space, where a table for six awaits.

With three bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa, this home accommodates families of ten. After days filled with excitement, your own private suite is a welcome sight. Comfortable bedding with beachy prints, flatscreen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms make each bedroom its own retreat. In the primary suite, a King bed offers views of the Gulf through French doors to the dining room. The second bedroom has a King bed and the third bedroom has two Queens, so there’s plenty of room for everyone. There’s also a washer and dryer available for your use right in the unit.

But the best part of all is the Gulf-front balcony. Spacious and private, it hosts a chaise lounge and outdoor table, so there’s plenty of seating for relaxing and enjoying the picture-perfect views of turquoise waters and sugar-white sand. As soon as you step out onto the balcony, you’ll know for certain that you’ve arrived in paradise.

    The location, view and condo layout are great! The unit we stayed in needs some updating. The venue was nice, but it was very crowded. There was no advance notification that the entire floor of the sauna and hot tubs was closed (apparently since January based on the sign on the door), which allows a separate space from the families with small children. We have stayed at this venue before, and they have made some nice upgrades, but as noted some of the features we enjoyed most were not available. .

    The condo was very nice. Huge, clean and comfortable. Loved the 4 bathrooms, bar area and large patio. Not sure about the stagger of the building, takes away from privacy on the balcony. A little too high for me, especially with little ones, maybe more secure rails, gaps by post, but an amazing view...even on landside hall. Didnt like the drive up, or down, the 12 stories to park. Phone in kitchen had no jack, TV in room with 2 beds didn't work and not any type of pot scrubber in the kitchen. Comfortable furniture, but no extra blankets. Cell service was bad. Friendly people, guest and employees. Lazy river, pool and splash pad were great. The flooring around the indoor pool and hallway to outdoors is the worst. Very slippery, almost fell just walking on it. Had fans blowing in hall, which was kinda aggravating. Elevators were pretty efficient, not too long of a wait. Beach was nice and clean and the chair service was very good.

    Absolutely perfect condo - right down to the last detail. My wife, Son, Daughter, 2 of her friends from college and myself - stayed during The Hangout Fest - 2016. This condo is home away from home.... 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, kitchen with every appliance and utensil that you need. Wet bar with its own ice maker and glasses, snack bar and tall bar stools. Large living room area and separate dining area too. Master bedroom has a king bed that is very comfortable. Master bathroom has a walk in closet, double vanity, jetted Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower for two. The view from inside the 26th floor condo is absolutely stunning... with the entire back wall being glass - with a spectacular view of the ocean. We watched dolphins swim two mornings while having our coffee on the large outside patio. Common areas of the condo, pool areas and the beach were clean and very well maintained. Staff in the building were friendly and courteous - every time!!! Details, Details, Details. This facility does it right!!! THANK YOU for the EXCELLENT SERVICE - you treated us like royalty. WELL DONE !!!
