The Oasis At Orange Beach 2307 by Liquid Life

Check in was good. Everything was clean. There is zero coverage for AT&T phone use in this building (not the unit's fault). The beds could use upgrading to quality mattresses, like a temperpedic type foam mattress. The tv in the living room was so old that the shows would freeze in refresh mode. We didn't try the other tvs. The kitchen had adequate pans and supplies. I loved the layout of the condo. The elevators were slow, especially when alot of people are trying to go up after rain. The condo patio and furniture were very nice. We loved the indoor pool, lazy river, splash pad and regular pool. The food and drinks were good at the little poolside bistro. I don't love paying for parking on top of the vrbo fees (60) and many condos offer free beach service. This one doesn't. Lastly, after taking our first batch of stuff out to the car, we were locked out of the unit before checkout time. That caused some stress, as we had two very antsy kids whose toys were all inside. I called the Liquid Life people (after I was finally able to get a call to go through) and they provided a new code so we could finish checking out. All to say, if you don't need a tv and aren't persnickety about mattress quality or talking to your family if you have AT&T wireless, this is a great condo!

Ammenities were nice, but appliances in condo were barely holding on, the trash chute room didnt have a light that worked, and the hot tubs couldn’t really be called anything but a warm tub. Kitchens were also hardly stocked with cooking untensils.

First visit to Orange beach, it was better than anticipated. Condo was wonderful everything was as described. Beach is amazing at this property. Lots of great restaurants and shopping close by. Gulf shores state park is wonderful (free) we borrowed bike and rode around the park for a few hours, nice break for us. Pensacola naval air museum is an absolute must see also (free). Only suggestion for rental company is more bedding/ blankets. Weather was very cool at night, and more basics in the unit li’e paper products, coffee filters, trash bags etc.. we traveled by air so having to purchase these items was a bit of a hassle, and added expense that was unnecessary in my opinion. Overall 99.9% satisfied. Great job.

Condo was very nice. Plenty of room. Minor issues. Was disappointed that hot tubs at pool were not usable during stay therefore the hot tub and sauna on the 14 th floor was always full. Property was very clean

My family and I had a wonderful time over fall break staying in this condo. My kids have requested to come back to the same location in the future. There was plenty of space for 8 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. A favorite was the ice machine! We look forward to staying again in the future.

This was our second stay this month at the Oasis with multiple family members. The set up is perfect. No need to go any where else. So much fun in one location!

Great cocdo. Only downfall..been coming 20 years, 1st year stuff was stolen out if our cart wed night from common area. Lady on camera going through all the carts and picking stuff out..security could not find her after she got off on 4th floor..has to be an inside job.

Enjoyed our time at this location. We did find that they didn’t offer much in regards to the kitchen but it gets the job done. Would stay again!

Unknown to us, the property location had under gone a severe storm before our arrival, which left us without cell phone service. We were unable to contact our family at home to let them know we had arrived. Also, the beds had not been made prior to our arrival. We found out the electricity had gone off due to the storm. All in all -- it was a fabulous trip and we will return next year. I was surprised by the lack of implements in the kitchen, but know know that I will bring my own next time.
