Gorgeous condo, amazing views, wonderful space for our family of 11!

Check in was seamless. Property was very clean.

This place was beautiful and perfect for big groups. The leasing company/owner resolved the one issue we had and provided excellent customer service.

We loved our stay overall! Easily accommodated our family of 10 and our view was beautiful.The front right stove eye didn't work and the bedroom with 2 beds had low water pressure for the shower. Other than that, amazing!We saw a bald eagle fly over, several dolphins and pelicans during our stay. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and someone was extremely quick to come fix it!The staff however that checked us in were less than friendly and didn't explain any of the property amenities or what there was to do in the area. Not on Brett-Robinson I know, but we were excited and tired from a long travel day and not met with the most welcoming hospitality. Aside from that, our family had a fantastic time and if we needed this to be all-inclusive, it certainly could have been! Thank you for a great experience overall!

There are a couple of great things about this condo. One being the views! You can't beat the views and the big balcony! Just beautiful! The other great thing is the number of bedrooms. This condo is perfect for a big family. We had a family of 9 people and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen could be upgraded... new pots and pans and a stove with all burners working. There are two burners that didn't get hot. A Keurig machine would be great to have instead of an old school coffee pot. Who travels with coffee filters, grinds/ beans anymore?!?!? And there isn't a place close by to grab a coffee. I was looking forward to having a cup of coffee on the balcony. Plenty of seating for family game nights. The parking fee is ridiculously high!!! It was 60 each vehicle. I know this isn't a Brett/ Robinson issue but wanted to mention it. Overall, a great condo and property management was easy to work with. They responded to all my requests and questions.

The condo was beautiful-just perfect for our family. The property was clean and quiet. The ammenities were plentiful and well-maintained. Our family had an amazing time and will definitely stay there again. In addition to the beachy yet upscale decor, the condo was equipped with everything that we needed and then some.

If you’re looking for a beautiful, huge condo this I can’t recommend this unit enough! However…. The customer service is HORRIFIC. Weeks prior to check in I made it a point to ask Brett Robinson about the parking situation. The person at Brett Robinson who I was chatting with on the VRBO app made it very clear to me that the unit came with 3 parking passes and that additional ones can be purchased based on first come first serve basis. Awesome no problem! While checking in at the front desk for Phoenix West 2 the lady notified me that we had to pay $45 for every parking pass and that we were only guaranteed 2 for the unit. I told her I have messages that said 3 came with the unit and that I would be more than happy to show her. She rolled her eyes and told me to go see the lady at the Brett Robinson desk, as I did. The lady told me there was nothing she could do as whoever told me this information made a mistake and I’ll have to pay for them no matter what. “Even if we included it in the price of the condo you still would be paying for them” her exact words. After telling her that I wasn’t expecting to pay $150 up front at check in she told me “Oh well, I mean I can cancel the reservation for you if you want.” As she rolled her eyes as well. At this point I was fuming. I decided to pay for it and let it go, after coming back from the trip and voicing my concerns to Brett Robinson the only thing they basically said was “sorry about that, have a good day”

This beachfront condo offered easy access to the beach and pool which did not disappoint our two nephews! Condo was very clean, but lacked a few kitchen items that would've made cooking meals a little easier. Overall, we had a fabulous stay. If you're in search of the perfect beach getaway—you won't be disappointed!

This place was very nice. Most definitely will be coming back.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
