The Oasis 1209 | Spacious! Lazy River, Pool Slide, Poolside Grill!

Everything was fine. Loved the view.

Clean, spacious, and well equipped with supplies. My family of 8 enjoyed our stay. Loved the ocean views. Kitchen had all the supplies needed to make several meals. Beds were comfy and clean. Location is perfect and close to gas, grocery, souvenir shops and restaurants. The only part of this rental that I disliked was the parking garages. The garage takes several minutes to navigate and exit if you park on floor 12. We finally parked on a lower level and took the elevator up to floor 12 to save time. Five stars!!!

Great view of the beach. The general property (the Oasis) could use additional facilities for getting drinks(water and soda) and snacks. The vending machines were not working

A great value for the price paid. Very Clean. Our best family vacation venue in the past five years. Elevators were very crowded around 4pm check in. Recommended check in 6p or later to avoid Elevator bottle neck. Bring your own luggage cart.

The views are absolutely stunning, and the condo was so nice! The pool, bar, reataurant, lazy river, access to so many great places to eat. This place is great for family trips, or trip with friends. Everyone we encountered there was so kind and always made us feel welcome! Parking on the 12 floor and going straight to room was fantastic and hughkey reccomend parking first then using elevator to get the pass. We now have a place that we can all meet and the best time....the sand is sugar white, and the water was so clear....cant wait to be back!!!!! Thank you for having us!!!

The condo was amazing. The indoor pool and hot tubs were very busy and dirty - but it is spring break and completely full!! The location on the beach was perfect. Loved the bar and restaurant and outdoor amenities. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

Property is awesome. Great view! Elevators would be better if you could see where each one was by having it lit up like the 1st floor. Just an fyi…. The ice maker on freezer was leaking so turned it off. Also kitchen sink had leak underneath…. But all in all it was a very nice clean place!

Loved the 3 bedroom unit… patio facing ocean…. Location…. Cleanliness of room and facilities… pool, hot tubs, and exercise room.. stayed 1/20-31/2025…. Enjoyed the fact there were very few people around no matter what we did or where we went.

Very nice and relaxing. Would love to stay again. The weather could have cooperated a little better. But we all know that cannot be controlled.

The property is absolutely beautiful! We loved being able to drive up the 12 floors in the parking garage and not having to deal with the elevators unless we were going down to the beach. In general, the property grounds felt very spacious and not overly crowded, but we did go in October. The room itself was wonderful. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo that is very spacious. Since we had small grandkids, the lazy river and splash pad were a big plus. Spent majority of our time on the beautiful beach. Water temp was perfect! Beach service was awesome! So much to do in one spot! Will def return!

We had a great family vacation. I went with my wife, 3 children (ages 8, 4, and 1), and my in-laws. The check-in process was simple and straightforward. We absolutely loved the Oasis property. Having the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the lazy river, the water slide, and the adult-only pool, plus the arcade and bar was fantastic plus direct beach access. Even staying on the 12th floor, we could be in the water at the beach within 5 minutes. We will absolutely be staying again.

We stay here yearly in different condos. This condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Had a problem with the washing machine and it was fixed immediately. We would definitely stay again. Love the addition of the improved splash pad for kids and the adult pool. Also the bar and eatery are a wonderful addition. An adult only lazy river would be amazing!

This condo is the most comfortable place we have rented in years. The previous reviews were not kidding about the cozy beds. It was extremely clean, and we felt right at home. It is a condo in a high rise, so you have to expect a lot of people around and long elevator wait times sometimes, but overall we really enjoyed staying here. If I could pick this place up and make it into a house with a little more privacy, I would never stay anywhere else.

Plenty of space for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals so we didn't have to eat out every day. Beaches are clean. Highly recommend.

The property was fantastic! The condo was just as depicted in the pictures. Any questions we had the property manager was quick to answer. We will definitely be back.

The property was spacious, comfortable beds, air conditioning was good, spacious balcony, very quiet. Easy access to the pool and beach. The ceiling fan in the first king bedroom as you walk in the door was broken,(maintenance had to bring us a fan) needs more silverware for 9 people, could use more bath towels for the bathrooms, heating element on the dishwasher did not seem to be working. Some of the patio furniture is very rusted out. Other than that, we would definitely stay at this property again.
