Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower - on main level.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo - on main level.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV - upstairs.



The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with single vanities and a shower/tub combo, one on main level and one upstairs.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

- On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

• This home is a main-level, walk-in unit.

• Portable crib available.

• Garage is not for guest use

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
