The Napili Bay Resort - Ocean View #114 - Voted Most Beautiful Bay on Maui

Great location. Doesn’t have A/C l, but it’s right on the beach so we didn’t need it.

We found two dead roaches in the room and many tiny ants in the kitchen. Besides those, unit was very clean. Laundry room was close and also very clean. My husband would have wanted AC, but I was comfortable with ceiling fans and open windows. Great shower! Overall, this unit was thoroughly sufficient.

Love being so close to the beach and hearing the waves at night. Love the birds in the AM Hope to be back next year.

Very clean and cozy. Had everything to have fun on the beach and in the surf. 50 steps to Nepali cove beach. Ocean views and constant soothing ocean sounds make this place special.

The condo photographs well, but it is overdue for basic maintenance. We found rust on several light fixtures and faucets, and the wooden blinds in the bathroom wouldn’t stay open, trapping moisture and creating an unpleasant odor. The sofa is heavily worn and carries a musty smell.More troubling, we killed four cockroaches during our stay—one large roach in the drawer with the skillets and three smaller ones on the countertops—which left us constantly worried about food safety.The location, resort amenities, and beach access are excellent, but until the owners invest in proper renovations and professional pest control, I cannot recommend this unit.

When you have had enough of the sunny beach at Nāpili Bay, retreat to this sweet studio. The lanai has a nice (but not expansive) view of the waves, otherwise looks on a small yard and woods. It’s a corner unit…the lanai catches the breezes. No air conditioning, but ceiling fans. The locks use keys, but they work fine, and there is a system in place in case you lock yourself out. Neutral decor, good Wi-Fi, Roku tv, a dishwasher and a full-sized fridge. Lots of extra gear is included: boogie boards, snorkels, beach chairs, picnic coolers. Band-aids in the bathroom cabinet. It feels homey, not corporate.Outdoor amenities include a picnic barbecue area, an ice machine, and a locked gate near the outdoor shower. Parking is plentiful. The on-site manager returned a hat we had lost. I loved this as a solo woman, down the beach from a boisterous family group. I think it’s perfect for one or two people…I think this studio might be a bit small for more.

Being able to hear the waves crash from your bedroom, see whales in the ocean from your lanai, and feel the salt air! Just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui, this unit has everything to make your stay complete. A full array of beach essentials, comfy living quarters and A great ocean breeze to keep you cool while listening to the surf every night! I would definitely recommend this rental and hope to be back soon to recapture that magic! Mahalo!

Corner unit had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach is beautiful and despite the choppy water (typical in November), we were able to snorkel further down the bay.

Great location. Good amenities. Could use updated Maui inf. Since fires, the Lahaina info was not dependable. Loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Napili Bay cannot be beat!!!! :)

This property was very clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Just 50 steps to Napili bay! Very close to good restaurants and markets!

My wife and I (28,30) stayed here with our 1 year old. Great location. Beach is right outside and room is fully equipped for such activities. On site laundry and parking. Would recommend to anyone traveling with a small family.
