Guest Access:

You will have ONE reserved parking spot near the entrance of the Metro Lofts. A code will be provided to access the building and access your condo. Additional parking can be found at the West Avenue or Spring Street parking decks and can be paid through the ParkMobile app at the cost of the guest. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.



House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):

    Perfect place to stay for move in weekend. The condo was close to campus and had everything we needed and then some! Any questions we had were answered quickly. It was a great place to wind down after busy days of moving!

    Property was clean but somewhat worn for the price. Had to have property manager come start the fireplace as there were no directions and it was older. The biggest issue was the noise. The sound machine was broken, but even if it was working it would not have drowned out the noise from the bar a few rooftops over( this was when it was about 10 degrees outside) We have stayed in this building before, but on the other side and ground level and had no noise problems. At midnight we finally decided to move to the other bedroom, which was better. The property manager was excellent and very prompt with answering our concerns and brought new sound machines the next day. All in all, nice if you don’t mind the noise.

    This was a great place for my daughter and I to spend the last mom’s weekend in Fayetteville! We were with in walking distance to just about everything-two bedrooms and bathrooms and a open kitchen and living space for a great time spent together!

    Fantastic property! Very clean and accommodating! There was nothing we were without! Great location downtown and even allowed a late check out with no extra charge! Communication with management was immediate and professional but still felt casual and comfortable! Will definitely stay again!!
